- Union Home Minister Amit Shah will on Monday review the security situation in Manipur, which has been witnessing ethnic violence for over a year.
Senior officials from the central and state governments and other security forces will attend the high-level meeting, officials said.

Where Is Manipur CM Biren Singh in this high level meeting ? Does he not belong to ' High Level ' ?
Without manipur CM how this was high level meeting???
Excluding elected CM from high level meeting is against federal structure of India guarantee by constitution of India. If articles 355 is implemented prior to the meeting, home minister hold good to to his position. If not one day Amit shah will be in jail (through PIL) ,due to working against constitution of India.

It's indeed a beaking news when home minister does what he was supposed to do a year ago.
It took a no confidence motion to compel Mr Modi to come to parliament and reply on Manipur crisis, that too after the opposition staged a walkout when the prime minister failed to utter even the "M" of Manipur.
