  • One of the most important things you can do for your equipment is regularly change the oil. Every 50-75 is typically the recommendation, and in this video I wanted to show you a quick "How-To" on how to do just that. It's a good idea to check and make sure your oil is topped off at least once a week, especially if you have an older unit that may burn a little bit of oil.

Appreciate the video - totally new to zero turns and this definitely doesn't feel so intimidating anymore.

Lube the filter gasket O Ring on the new filter so it comes off and tighten oil filter as hard as you can get it by hand! Don’t use a wrench to tighten an oil filter.

Hey Brian, thanks for this video. Quick question, my Exmark LazerZ X is showing the oil pressure light on and it wont allow it to start. I topped off the oil and it's full, but I'm still not allowing it to start. Any thoughts?

I feel 50 hrs is a good interval. Oil is still cheaper than engines.

Hey Brian, question for you if you don’t mind: I have the same mower and it stopped charging the battery. I’ve had some suggestions that it may be the voltage regulator. Do you know anything about this problem? (It’s not the batter, I replaced with a new one)

I do mine every 25 hrs...The cost is so minimal I see no need in running dirty oil.
