Major-league baseball have to recognize that he is the best shortstop in baseball right now. Stop soup up those other players that are not like him. Major league baseball not being fair. He is the best shortstop in baseball right now. Come on now. I’ve been watching baseball for 60 years what’s wrong with you people stop being bigot with Puerto Rican players. He is the best right now offensively and defensively. What’s wrong with you people
I dont think the people who have a say in mvp boting like Lindor. I mean. HOW can a Designated hitter be more valuable to his team than this guy!!! LINDOR MY MVP
Because stats don't lie. 9.2 WAR to Lindor's 7.1. WAR is the number 1 stat that measures Value to winning and Ohtan towers Lindor in that aspect. It's not hard to understand. Just like how pitchers can the MVP off having a historical season, DHs should be able to win it as pong as they produce a historical season and that's what Ohtani did this year
@@pradayou5405 in my eyes MVP for the league is for the player that brought his team to the post season. Not for ONE stat or having a historical season. Maybe have a new award. Not only did he carry this team with his offense and defense, he homered in the top of the ninth on the last day of the season to take us to the postseason. To me that’s the MVP.
@NG..123 and Ohtani Homer against SD in the playoffs saved them. Without that Homer they would've lost game 1 and Padres would've swept them. Don't act like Ohtani isn't less valuable to his team. Mookie Betts was out for 2 months, Freddie Freeman had to take care of his son, Max Muncy missed half the year, their two top starting pitchers in Glasnow and Yamamoto missed a ton of games. If the Dodgers didn't have Ohtani during that time period in whcih all those guys suffered injuries, A team like the Padres or the Dbacks would've taken over 1st in the NL West and probably would've won the division.
I didn’t act like he wasn’t valuable to his team. He is amazing but he wasn’t also playing SS one of the hardest positions and also getting key hits. You are a dodger fan I am a met fan so we see daily who helped our team.
"It’s crazy how the standard is now Ohtani-he’s truly one of a kind, and it’s honestly unfair to other players. How are they supposed to compete for MVP when they’re being measured against someone doing things no one else can? It feels like the rest of the league doesn’t even stand a chance."
how is this man not even a gold glove FINALIST???
Wait. What????
He should have been MVP, and he is to me.
Couldn’t agree more ^^
At the least a gold glove candidate.
Oh captain, my captain!
MVP.
El moustruo,
