Mate it looks amazing with those new wheels but I'm not suprised cause you always pick tasteful mods. Really enjoying this build I think it's my favourite so far, excited to see what's next!
TR Hamza, really nice to see you going through these mods. OEM all the way! Amongst a hundred of other things, I went through the same mods with my own E60 M5. For me personally, this was the result: Pro's: - OEM 167m is lighter but the 166m's look perfect on any colour E60 M5. - Lowering springs give the car a lower stance but create more negative camber. The OEM springs make the car look more muscular. - Leather dash is well worth it. - Active seats are waaay better than the normal ones. Con's: - Eibach springs made the car ride too harsh and steer heavier. OEM is always better. - 166m's look better.
Personally I totally get the spring thing. Got some H&R springs on my E46 M3 and it sits much nicer than for instance M-Sport Saloon. Really like what you are doing to the M5, extremely tasteful.
Regarding the seats, I’d guess you’d need to run a wire from probably the cas or maybe frm to the seats so the car uses the g force sensors to activate the bolsters. Then after that you can just add the seats to the cars vo (vehicle order) in ncs expert using expert profile and default code the car. There are probably other ways but that’s the way I code. Hopefully it will help. Cars coming along really nicely now!
Yellow sticker means it was on back order from Germany so lucky for you they have been changed at some point in its life, keep up the videos bro I love your content ❤
Stunning car man: been my dream car since when they were new. I honestly can’t decide which wheels I like best. They both look awesome but don’t know which I’d have on mine. Deffo the best colour combo there!
Looks really nice, interior definitely looks nicer with the upgrades. wonder if the wheels being lighter will make a positive difference in the handling.
Love it bro.....looks really fresh. I know what you mean with the rims although having had a mate who put the M6 wheels on his E60 back when they first came out...I definitely prefer them as they look slightly more aggressive. Awesome work man, looking forward to the next upload 👍
Yessss Guess Who's Back,Back again HAMZA's Back,Back again HAMZA's Back Great To See The Uploads Again bro This Just Transforms the Luck of the E60 M5 Man Absolutely Stunning Bro The Whole interior Looks emasculate Now They Always Say Slight Modifications Make a Huge Difference Man and I truly Believe in that aswell Cracking Video As Always Hamza Great to see you back #ONIT Keep up the sick Content Man i Absolutely Love Driveway Builds there So Unique 🥰👀❤️💯
99% of people want to drop their cars with lowering springs but don’t use shorter custom adjustable drop links , you have to ,it’s imperative for a proper and safe lowering. You put tooooo much stress in the standard drop link stabilizers . Ex works racing team member here
Never never do that on that part of the damper, force the top dust cover/ bump stop down and clamp it at the top. If you scratch the shaft it will be inside the bump stop not where the shaft enters the seal.
New wheels do look a lot better. And the stance is better. The armrest could do with some tlc. Beautiful car. I’ve been following the Scottish fella who’s done a manual conversion on his. His is nice too. It’s an estate. I always wanted one of these but was worried about the engine I suppose and chickened out. This was back in 2013. I ended up getting a 2010 V10 RS6. That was pretty bonkers. It was a black saloon so it looked really nice. Probably should have held on to it. Sold it with 26,000 miles on it in 2015. It made an amazing noise!
The strange thing is, i installed lowering springs. The rear has sagged a little bit, but on the front it remained it's original position. So my car sits now with ass down and face a little bit up. Car had sport package suspension from factory, but the oem springs where broken off. Maybe i did a purchase fault because they had 2 models. something to do with the kilograms on the front axles. The spring model 1 had minus 1215kg and the second model was for cars above 1215kg. I bought that one.
Well done looks great. I’ve subscribed after watching you tackle that dash. I done a dash swap on a E46 M3 and couldn’t imagine filming it as I was doing it. There would have been far to many bleep outs for the swear words.
Knowing what UA-cam viewers are like, maybe the video would have got more views because of the effing and blinding and all the tools being thrown about the place!.🤯🛠🔧🔨🧰🤪. Lol
Cracking job buddy although i would have kept the original alloys ......im very much a lover of the E60 having owned a E60 msport for the last 5 years, anyway you have a new sub. Keep up the good work 👍
Tried uploading it Saturday and then Sunday but UA-cam wasn’t working for me, third time lucky 😂 Enjoy!
no problem bro always content as always!!!
Keep the m6 alloys and the interior looks proper fresh
@@_Kela he doesn't even make videos on his bmw m6 anyways
@@Esh4n12x didnt know he had one lol
@@ahyaan2552 yh he stopped making videos on it a few years ago
You have so much patience to take on jobs like this and explain everything really well. You are a pleasure to watch Sir.

Thank you mate! Glad to hear 👌🏼
Old wheels where better

Cheers mate! I find it’s one of things that once it’s noticed it can’t be unseen haha
H&R Springs with Bilstein Dampers? What'd you think?
Don’t change the wheels. Leave the wheels it came with 👍
aye mans got a point😍too bad im late to seeing this
change my mind the m6 version look a lot like the style 68 for e46s, just better😂
Your channel is criminally underrated, amazing content bro

Hats off to you. You know your away around a BMW. Great mods!
Still can't believe you've got this car. Take a step back and see how far you've come. Be proud brother.
Looks mint! Full credit for all the work to swap the dashboard mate. Loving the content mate
Once you've finished with the whole project and the car gets full in and out detailed cleaned, this car is going to be worth some serious 💷💰💸
This was so nice to watch, something cool about seeing someone out something together like that.
Yellow sticker means it was on back order from Germany so lucky for you they have been changed at some point in its life, keep up the videos bro I love your content ❤
M6 wheels all day long. Perfect for the e60
Appreciate the work that’s gone into this. Think that drop on the stock rims is absolutely perfect 👌
I’ll be honest… I’m not a BMW fan but this car and these mods you’re changing my mind! Love it!
👍
If you're using an impact wrench, theres no need to use vice grips to hold the shock in place.. Impacts use a hammer movement, not a twisting movement
Stunning car man: been my dream car since when they were new. I honestly can’t decide which wheels I like best. They both look awesome but don’t know which I’d have on mine. Deffo the best colour combo there!
Amazing work Hamza. Nice exterior mods Keep this kind of content coming!!!
I’ve said it before and will again. I’m amazed by the size of that back garden and how much you can do there 😂
Wow dude you have balls of steel to take this work on urself. Well done 👍🏼
You made the job look so easy and effortless. That was s pleasure to watch.
Looks really nice, interior definitely looks nicer with the upgrades. wonder if the wheels being lighter will make a positive difference in the handling.
Keen to see the difference too, just need to swap out for some new tyres first
Great result with all the mods looks spot on
M6 wheels for sure. Really sits well on those.
where has this man been
Love it bro.....looks really fresh. I know what you mean with the rims although having had a mate who put the M6 wheels on his E60 back when they first came out...I definitely prefer them as they look slightly more aggressive.
Awesome work man, looking forward to the next upload 👍
Really enjoyed that Hamza - top, solid work you're putting in there my man 👊🏻
Got to admire the work ethic m8
Proud of you
That cup holder came out like a AK-47 Mag lol EPIC!
That interior strip was satisfying
Those five spoke wheels are amazing
This guy balls taking apart the interior 🤣
Looks amazing. 👏 can't can't for the update. Smashed it brother
Love the interior bits! Undecided on the wheels could always try the e46 csl wheels instead
Good upgrades, the dash and wheels to me are a must have 😍

Any updates?
The Bilstein B8 shacks would be perfect for your project!
Although I'm not a German car fan I enjoy your videos, however, what I'm really waiting for is an update on the Volvo V70...
That yellow sticker means it’s been changed before can had to come from Germany as there was no UK stock at the time
M6 wheel every day of the week looks unreal
nice nice. lots of hard graft, looks special. well done
Great mods, I had no idea that the classic bmw e60 had lowering springs lol
The beast is back, lots of support from South Africa bro💪🔥💥
Came across your channel from another car video I watched and I’m now subscribed. Great video and a great channel ❤
Hamza The lengths you go to just to have a bit of extra leather on the dash 😂 hats off to you man, good video
Patients of a saint
Those wheels look epic. Awesome build Hamza.
Them alloys looking maad on the e60 won’t lie hamza got good taste looks much better
Definitely looks so much better
The e60 is the only car that bmw nailed with original wheels, personally they look alot better than m6 ones
I think the E39 M5 wheels are also perfect as are the E46 M3 especially the CSL. I agree though the original ones looked best
Stunning colour combo, Great video mate some nice mods and sounds sweet 🔥
Amazing work Hamza.
The cars u do are still pricey in South Africa but great DIY content. We get to live through you.
I like the way you present your videos.

Love it, needs a m3 DCT now!!!
Yeah, thats a simple plug and play cost effective mod.
Nicely done! Really liking this build!
M6 wheel aggressive, love it
Deffo keep the m6 wheels bro 🙌🏽
Hamza and the weather on Brum 😂
Comon your finally back 🎉

First I was like those 167 wheels are ugly, but when you fitted them to the car looks very modern and nice.
I've retrofitted the Active Backrest to my E60 - very cool thing.
Always love an upload from the Hamza fella
Love watching these bro, so much better to watch you fighting with each bolt vs just timelapsing it as it's never that easy irl is it 😂😂
Have to give you credit on all that work sick video on the M5 👏👏👏👏
13:45-15:00 satisfying icl
Good to see an upload from you mate
Looks beautiful mate, such a good looking car. Please keep the original rims, they’re beautiful. Personally, not a fan of the modern rims.
that notification sound got me lookin at my own phone
The strange thing is, i installed lowering springs. The rear has sagged a little bit, but on the front it remained it's original position. So my car sits now with ass down and face a little bit up.

Nicely done,That's some pain in the arse job. Dedication 👍
I like the oem rims, pls keep them, you can swop styles, looks classy and distinguished on the OEMs
Much prefer the M6 wheels. I think they suit the car well. I also hate BMW’s reverse rake with the big front arch gap.
Enjoy the videos man, you’ve got far more balls than me to get an e60 my dream car also… however, the rust on those discs is triggering me man! 😂
always a good watch!!
You are a one man BMW Factory Machine awesome 👍🤜🏻💥
It’s looking mint mate well done
the m6 wheel looks fire tho gaaaah dang
Top content bro, still wanting the N54 content, though.
FINALLY AN UPLOAD BRO WE MISSED YA
Well done looks great. I’ve subscribed after watching you tackle that dash. I done a dash swap on a E46 M3 and couldn’t imagine filming it as I was doing it. There would have been far to many bleep outs for the swear words.
Cheers mate, definitely was challenging! My hands were finished after I was done filming haha.
Knowing what UA-cam viewers are like, maybe the video would have got more views because of the effing and blinding and all the tools being thrown about the place!.🤯🛠🔧🔨🧰🤪. Lol
for me it has to be the original, can’t beat them
Gees man you made the dash job look pretty easy…I must do the dash thing to my pre lci as the a/c lives no more
Great work Hamza! I'm a big fan since the start of your channel. Maybe a full interior and exterior detail for the next video?
Thank you! Yes maybe, as there are some areas that need addressing still
Another classic man
Without shadow of a doubt! Keep the forged rims!
Bring it BACK!!!
New wheels for sure 👌🏼
Really enjoyed this video hamza👊🏼💯 love your content bro, that centre arm rest needs cleaning/restoring though🤦🏻♂️
How do you make it look soo easy!! Fair play filming and doing this with only one set of hands - huge difference on the car. 🧨
Cracking job buddy although i would have kept the original alloys ......im very much a lover of the E60 having owned a E60 msport for the last 5 years, anyway you have a new sub. Keep up the good work 👍
New wheels look better by far
