Bowers & Wilkins 800 D4 Signature cabinets in the making at

Our own Allan Boyd observing brand new B&W 800 D4 Signature cabinets being manufactured at the Bowers & Wilkins factory during his visit this week.
The big news from his visit is the launch of two new Signature models in the 800 Series - 801 D4 Signature and 805 D4 Signature.
Both come in two beautiful new finishes: Midnight Blue Metallic - which is normally only offered on the flagship Nautilus loudspeaker - & California Burl Gloss - this features 14 coats of lacquer!
There has also been substantial improvements made to the cabinets, bass port, drivers and crossover, plus a new cover for the tweeter, so allowing even greater detail. Not an insignificant update!
