well, I started with Airbus a 220-300 [airbaltic] but also can start with a320, b737 and Embraers, but thats kinda hard to tell because there is much models and some are harder, some are easier, depends on you"re self, what you want to start with :)

which kind of paper do you recommend for printing the templates?
I recomend to print standart 80g paper! because its better to layer later parts.
