A LOT. haha >.< But if you don’t reach for them anymore, why not let someone else enjoy? :)

I just bought Lavandes Trianon this summer and am enjoying it a lot, even though I'm not the biggest fan of lavender. I think it's the vanilla that is saving it for me. I do totally agree about Jazz Club, though. Every time I smell it I think it's so nice yet I never wear it! Great video, Tara.
Whenever I want to buy an expensive fragrance I look at my collection and see if there are anything I want to declutter in order to use money earned from those towards the new fragrance. It usually works out well and those sales cover half if not 3/4 of the cost of the new bottle I want. Also a good way to judge if I really need that new bottle I want. I’m trying to keep to around 50 bottles and that’s where I’m at right now!
decluttering like you said has become a challenge. i’m a big catch and releaser due to blind buying but once something is added to my collection because i love it, it is much tougher to do so. I really have to commit to wearing it again if it’s been sitting unused and deciding whether it’s something i just like to wear or something i love and can’t be without!
It's easy to get rid of a perfume that I don't love, but the ones that no longer agree with me are hard to get rid of. I'm always waiting to see if it's just a seasonal thing in the hopes I can wear them again.
Letting go of things is extremely therapeutic for me cos it’s no use holding on to things that do not serve any purpose👌👌👌. I’m also at a point where I’ve become very clear about what I need in my humble collection😍😍😍. I thoroughly enjoyed this video🙏🙏🙏. Stay fabulous😘😘😘.
My taste keeps changing. Some things I loved but I don’t anymore. Sometimes I hesitate getting rid of bottles because I’ve sold some before that I’ve regretted getting rid of. I’m getting ready to sell BR540 , Malle L’eau D’Hiver and a couple of others.
I am mulling over limiting my fragrances between 30 and 50 bottles, have decided to keep only the best fragrances considering the notes, for instance in terms of Patchouli I will keep only 2 or 3 best patch created ever, then hoping to hand over the rest of the others to someone. It will eventually help me to concentrate only on the best fragrances rather keeping lots of stuffs those will remain unused
Haven't smelled it because PdM doesn't really appeal to me, but Athalia sounds like my soul 😂. With the rate of incoming and outgoing fragrances, you're going to need a new intro every few months 😂. I haven't been in a rush to try or buy any fragrances really. Been trying to keep my wishlist short and saving for the ones that are a little pricey. Trying to be deliberate in what I add in my collection.

On the fence about decluttering lately because of the supply line crisis. Don't know if many fragrances will be available again. With prices rising every day, goodbye could mean goodbye forever. We'll see. 🤷🏻♂ Luckily we'll always have each other to trade with. Unless....shipping becomes a problem? Yikes. I'll shut my mouth now. 😆

Sooo funny I've been trying out Miami (short name) by Simone Andreoli and the lime in there instantly made me think of a Caipirinha. I also instantly thought of my Limon Verde, but I never thought of Limon Verde that way. I heard that Miami smelled like a mojito, but I was like hmmmm this is really giving me the caipirihna hahahaa. Too bad I was too slow to your Mercari to get Oriana! You're looking gorgeous, friend!
A good brutal declutter always feels good. I also departed from Noir de Noir, sold it to our Scentedsnowdrops as it was just too musty for me in the end. Interesting reason why you decluttered Athalia. . For all the characteristics you describe and the person it suits. . Is exactly the reason it suits me (and i don't really love Iris in general). . So I guess that makes sense in an opposite kind of way 🤣. Really enjoyable video Tara xxx
It's great you can cycle through and enjoy the full purchase experience and then let them go. That's the difference between Hobby and an addiction. Who needs 1000 bottles of fragrances on the wall. Take one down pass it around how many bottles are left on the wall....
I decluttered Audace from Profumum Roma, Bois D’Argent from Dior, Santal Noire from Dior, Oud Bouquet from Maison Lancôme, Miroir des Majestes from Thierry Mugler, Beige from Chanel and Sorriso from Profumum Roma to name a few.

I have around 80 bottles and have considered challenging myself to sell off many 10 to 15 of them. I've sold off some in the past but the last 2 years I have not. Starting to get the itch to sell the ones I barely wear like Noir de Noir, BR540 and some of my Bond No. 9 bottles. eBay is difficult to sell used frags now.
I was going to ebay a few that are not to my taste, but just saw that ebay no longer lets you sell used fragrances......now I need to find another way to sell without having any presence on FB....

I really like Parfums de Marly scents however I CANNOT STAND "Athalia"! That scent is an old lady scent in my opinion. Matter of fact, my mother is in her 70s and I wouldn't even buy that as a gift for her! Something about it just doesn't sit right to me.
For those who don’t know, keep perfumes in the box or in cupboard that’s dark. It’s common sense & most probably you all know this. But for those that don’t it will keep your the smell & colour of perfume or collection longer 🤍

Recently I let go off grand soir, rehab, Isabella by Royal crown, hundred silent ways…. I just wasn’t reaching for these though all great scents

Nice declutter, I’ve sold a bunch of designers and creeds. Mostly stuff from earlier in my collecting days. Nose has completely changed.
