Well, people would bitch constantly if he actually copied the deck and played it. Plus it's just more interesting to watch him experimenting with new ideas.
-Jens, There's a spell tracker if Yogg is in the deck built into DeckTracker. Just saying in case you're counting all the spells he plays. I discovered a bug with DeckTracker where if HS and your desktop resolution are different then, it won't export the deck to HS.

It can be fun to re-watch content especially if you actually enjoy the game being played/ the person recording the games. It is also quite enjoyable watching it whilst thinking "I saw that live", Imo
The brain is an organ that serves as the center of the nervous system in all vertebrate and most invertebrate animals. Only a few invertebrates such as sponges, jellyfish, adult sea squirts and starfish do not have a brain; diffuse or localised nerve nets are present instead. The brain is located in the head, usually close to the primary sensory organs for such senses as vision, hearing, balance, taste, and smell. The brain is the most complex organ in a vertebrate's body. In a typical human, the cerebral cortex (the largest part) is estimated to contain 15-33 billion neurons, each connected by synapses to several thousand other neurons. These neurons communicate with one another by means of long protoplasmic fibers called axons, which carry trains of signal pulses called action potentials to distant parts of the brain or body targeting specific recipient cells. Physiologically, the function of the brain is to exert centralized control over the other organs of the body. The brain acts on the rest of the body both by generating patterns of muscle activity and by driving the secretion of chemicals called hormones. This centralized control allows rapid and coordinated responses to changes in the environment. Some basic types of responsiveness such as reflexes can be mediated by the spinal cord or peripheral ganglia, but sophisticated purposeful control of behavior based on complex sensory input requires the information integrating capabilities of a centralized brain. The operations of individual brain cells are now understood in considerable detail but the way they cooperate in ensembles of millions is yet to be solved. Recent models in modern neuroscience treat the brain as a biological computer, very different in mechanism from an electronic computer, but similar in the sense that it acquires information from the surrounding world, stores it, and processes it in a variety of ways, analogous to the central processing unit (CPU) in a computer. This article compares the properties of brains across the entire range of animal species, with the greatest attention to vertebrates. It deals with the human brain insofar as it shares the properties of other brains. The ways in which the human brain differs from other brains are covered in the human brain article. Several topics that might be covered here are instead covered there because much more can be said about them in a human context. The most important is brain disease and the effects of brain damage, covered in the human brain article because the most common diseases of the human brain either do not show up in other species, or else manifest themselves in different ways.
Bro i was totally that second match mage that you wrecked! I am scarysapo. i follow you and you have helped me a lot. then by some miracle, i get to play you and the RNGesus gave you one of the nastiest plays i have ever seen. Well Played man homie i wish i was a better match for you but it was fun and an honor lol
I've been playing Chan's version and I'm surprised that it actually works. Maybe people just forgot how to play against token decks? The only tough matchup has been against hyper aggressive decks, Pirate Warrior and Aggro Shaman in particular.
Is it just me or did Trump try to combine two decks with radically different focuses? The first one seemed to have a win condition of flooding the board and globally buffing tokens (with a Yogg table-flip waiting in the wings) while the other used Malagos + cheap burn spells (made cheaper with Thaurissan hopefully) as a win condition. I don't really play Hearthstone anymore, but combining those successful, yet different, decks didn't seem like a particularly good plan.
Good insight. Although, hybrid decks like that aren't entirely unheard of. Yes, the decks have different win conditions, but they also have a lot of the same cards. I guess he's thinking that he can have both of those win conditions in a deck, and even though they both lose some power, they might add up to something greater. It doesn't look terrible, I guess we'll have to see how it performs.
It annoys a lot of people when Trump does this. He takes a deck that is proven to work, then is like "I don't like these cards" and usually ends up taking out what made the deck work. He then puts in cards he wants and does terrible.
Clockwork Knight I understand the desire to experiment and change decks rather than just copying them, but I'd agree that he should at least try them a few times to figure out how the deck works before messing with it.
+Boredpersons55 sounds like a fat load of shit. When he creates the whole deck it's instant and the whole card name gets typed out, but when he makes edits he only types a piece.
I am thoroughly convinced it is impossible to make Yogg'Saron good. Maybe if they made him a 7/7 so he didnt die to a majority of direct damage he would be less terrible... but by nature he is still likely to kill himself every time.
Chasen Hunt Yes, he's manually making the deck, but because it's super slow and boring to watch in real time, Jens speeds it up in editing. I don't understand how this isn't obvious tbh.
man, watching trumps videos i feel like i gave up on standard too soon; at least at my EXTREMELY low ranks (averaging 20-16) it seemed like every single deck was entirely c'thun dependent, which made it impossible for me to win any control (my preferred archetype) game because by turn 10 i'd just lose half my health and my whole board to one card, then have used all my decent removal on the high value minions which made c'thun as swoll as he was. is this still the case? i'm only asking because i could be convinced to d/e my wild cards and switch to standard: penny for your thoughts?
I play control priest and feel your pain. Almost all low rank is control so if you can hard counter that you will get to the diversity of ranks 15 and up. I don't know what class you are but control does have ways to beat cthun Cheers
I don't know about anybody else, but I personally would love to see a new Free To Play series in the near future since you can get all the free Old Gods packs still.
I'm struggling to get the PotW s here. I mean they worked pretty well in these games but when you don't draw teacher they kinda suck don't they? They certainly don't achieve a whole lot. I'd have thought Emperor to allow you to maly+innervate+swipe for big face damage and board clear to set up for lethal or being able to play maly/thalnos/2x moonfire/2x living roots for an actual OTK (obviously fairly unlikely to still have all that but also fairly unlikely to need all that unless against a priest in which case probably try and go for the OTK) and maybe 1 Feral Rage as a stall card like Ice Barrier (though I'm with you that it sucks outside of stall decks imo).
Ok, if anyone reads this please ignore what I said earlier. What I meant was is is better to craft fandral and try to win games using savage roar or is it better to craft yogg and go miracle. :3
There is an edit button you know. But IMO Anything > Jogg-Saron. A little too unreliable for me, and does almost nothing (often he just harms you) in situations where you're already winning. But I don't play druid that much so I don't exactly know which one is better in this deck.
It's because the original miracle rogue resembled the old miracle growth deck from MTG, in that one win condition was to boost your questing adventurer to inasne stats.
I would have nurished for mana then cast raven idol and wrath, but i think his play was better. you have to remember spells are more valuable than minions in that deck.
Trump game 2 "My misplay was not moonfiring the emperors". No, it was giving the enemy a turn to heal vs priest when he put him down to 2. Cthun priest runs many taunts, and many heals. Surely he should have thought of that.
It would be cool if at 1mil subs you made a vid about yourself Jens. Why that name, what you do, how you do it, tid bits of information. Something like that would be neat- I'm sure a lot of fans are curious as to who Jens is!
Today I played against a token druid deck with my tempo warrior deck. I was controlling the board for most of the game with two armorsmiths out and got up to 70 life before I won.
is it just me, or was choosing a spell with raven idol at the end of the first game a really bad play. For 5 mana, there weren't any spells I can think of that would have gotten him out of that situation, but going for a minion means he might have gotten sunfury, which would then mean he could use it with vancleef, and have at least a small chance at winning.
you should start each season 10 ranks before your highest rank in lots of 5 legend - rank 10, 1-5 - rank 15, 5-10 - rank 20 10+ - rank 25 gives a bit more of a reward for achieving legend vs high ranked play and stops legit rank 17-16 players from encountering people who are rank 5+
I remember him saying something about his video with gold cards rendering weird and the quality was off, and bragging rights, and he just doesnt like like the look of them as much as the original.
Legend is based more on games played than on win ratio. Almost everyone can get to legend with enough time and a 51% win average. Being really good just might make your average 60%+ and decrease the time needed.
Did you not read what he just said? Or maybe you didn't understand it? Getting to legend is not about skill (except for > 50% win rate which is not difficult at all). It's about how much you're willing to play. So saying "I reached legend" doesn't really say much about someones skill. Saying "I reached legend 1" would be a more fair assessment of skill, or saying "I reached legend in ".
Trump's mixed deck of the Token and Malagos is so bad. Malagos wants the spells to be saved so it can have a huge burst, while yog demands them to be played, so counter active.
"Look, I played around Shifting Shade perfectly'
It is jokes like these that make this one of the best channels on UA-cam.
I love how Trump is always like "Oh look, someone got to Legend 2 with this deck. Let's change it!"
theres no perfect deck that beats everything else, he isnt right most of the time but some changes are great
Because playstyles.
Well, people would bitch constantly if he actually copied the deck and played it. Plus it's just more interesting to watch him experimenting with new ideas.
The deck is barely the same as before. :/ It was a spell-based flood deck that changed into a spell-based midrange deck.

Nice wiki page you got there
Great, but what is The Donald then? Much evidence there is no brain there, so that makes him a sponge or a squirt, right?
"How else can I ruin this deck?"
editing quality of trump's vids are insane.
this deck seems fun, so many choices with the auctioneers and the extra mana.

or maybe switch his stats around to a 5/7?
hey, it made it to a serious deck that hit rank 2 legend, it may be trash in a normal deck, but it has a specific purpose
Does he use some automated system to build his decks?
Pretty sure the editor just sped it up
It's sped up through editing.
+Kurapika92 I thought the same thing, but he searches for every card, which leads me to believe he has a bot build a decklist.

Can someone tell me wich one of the legendaries in this deck is better?
(mostly wondering about fandral or yogg. Wich one fits the deck)
Ok, if anyone reads this please ignore what I said earlier. What I meant was is is better to craft fandral and try to win games using savage roar or is it better to craft yogg and go miracle. :3

whats the origin of the use of the word miracle in hearthstone?
It's because the original miracle rogue resembled the old miracle growth deck from MTG, in that one win condition was to boost your questing adventurer to inasne stats.
After seeing that reward for being legend, I don't feel as bad never reaching legend before
