    Thank you for this awesome painting . I love all of the easy paintings that you show. My husband and I do family painting nights with our 2 kids (who are 9 and 19) and use your videos to learn. We will watch UA-cam on our tv make some snacks , and each of us have a cart table and set up all of our stuff and paint together. Your videos are great for all of us who feel like we aren’t very good at art . Thanks again

    Love this painting of a bengal tiger. Btw I love your approach to teacher others to paint. So many are afraid to pick up a paint brush because they think its too hard. You make people understand that art doesnt have to be hard. It can be easy as long as one knows the right techniques and approach. You do an amazing job of this. Thank you so much for sharing your love of art with us.

    Hi Cinnamon! I am working on the tiger, and am using Amsterdam standard series Titanium white, but it seems too translucent, It takes a couple passes to get it to be actually opaque, Any hints to work with it? or will this poor tiger just take me three times as long due to multiple coats of white??? Help pelase!

    • @TheArtSherpa
      @TheArtSherpa  2 роки тому

      So this is a wonderful question. You’re not alone in this experience. Amsterdam is a good paint but it’s still an economy paint. Sometimes that means the colors are a little transparent. Whenever I run into that I know I’m going to have to do a couple of coats or upgrade my weakest color. I based on the different people who’ve done this painting. If you let things fully dry and do a couple coats he will still get a great result.
