If I had $360K, I would allocate $100K to tech investments and $260K to dividend stocks that have a proven track record of capital appreciation and consistent dividend growth year after year.

I believe adding JEPI and JEPQ is a wise choice. When it comes to committing to higher-risk investments, it's essential to balance your risk tolerance with your long-term objectives.

The market doesn't have to feel like a rollercoaster if you understand it well. There are plenty of opportunities right now to generate solid profits. If you're not very familiar with the market, consider buying and holding strong companies with good earnings. Alternatively, you could consult with advisors about ETFs and actively managed funds. That approach has worked well for my spouse and me; we've achieved over 30% capital growth, excluding dividends.

Can't deny the fact that Abel Dorsey is the strongest bet to bring power back to this industry after we suffered FTX, Celsius, Tera and so on. Sure if they fail it's done for good, but I don't see that the biggest tech company in the world would put everything at risk just for that.

I was a stay at Home mom with no money in my IRA or any savings of my own, which was scary at 53 years of age. Three years ago I got a part time job and save everything I make. After 3 years, I am 56 yo and have put $9,000 in an IRA and $40,000 in my portfolio with CFA, Dorian j Townsend. Since the goal of getting a job was to invest for retirement and NOT up my lifestyle, I was able to scale this quickly to $150,000. If I can do this in a year, anyone can.

I lost over $350k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Townsend

If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

    I have a genuine question.
I am 18 years old and im currently studying as a accountant (BSA)
Im studying but i just dont have any passion to what im studying, i just dont have no passion to anything, no drive to keep going. Even towards my classmates or my neighbors. Im not close to any of them even though i interact with them i just feel i dont fit in anywhere
Im not interested to any or passion to something, this started since i was 16.
    What should i do?

Since we live according to others (here, parents) until 15/16 years of life by going to school, then college and come into real world at 16/17 that's the time when we feel purposeless in life..but hey its natural and its the right time to explore life and find what you love to do in life..its not late or anything NOW is the RIGHT TIME to anything in life since you are alive and healthy..Bro i can relate to you as I am from accounting background too but has barely any interest in it..but I do have to mention when ppl around me say oh accounting is difficult, CA, CMA, CS are too difficult..I just has this urge to prove them wrong by genuinely helping accounting students thereby proving that you can literally pass any accounting exam by seriously studying for less than 3-6 hrs a day since ppl often say oh accounting students must read atleast 12-18 hrs a day which is NUTZZZ and CRAZY..it feels suffocating and unnecessary
Also if you feel no passion, no interest to keep going, purposeless i suggest
may be move out and live on your own
      find any part time job
      earn your own money
help your friends/fellow accounting students by explaining them difficult topics
may be continue with accounting since you stared anyway but instead study accounting not for yourself but to help others understand accounting like teacher/coach or post on youtube/your own website simplifying tough accounting concepts
BUT if you feel like accounting is definitely JUST NOT RIGHT FOR YOU then may be experiment in different fields..i like anything food (not shoving down my throat/mukbang but genuinely i believe good food is good life from history, farmer's effort, agriculture, soil fertility to harvesting time, seasonal food grown locally, organically house grown produce, recipes, meal prep everything..FOOD MAKES ME HAPPY
      SO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?
find it on your own by experimenting, trail and error, failures, life experiences
