Thank you for the video ! At the very beginning I don’t understand if we have to make 73 chains or rather a multiple of 10

At 0:56 she makes a dc on the 6th chain after adding 3 chains. 73 + 3 = 76. If she makes a dc in the 6th chain, it means the chains left is 70, and 70 is multiple of 10.
TL:DR it's 70 ch + 6.
