Hi Lukasz, interesting video! Quick question; are the plants you mention in your book "Foraging in Eastern Europe: Wild edible plants in Polish traditional cuisine" also commenly found in Hungary? I want to start foraging nearby Budapest and would like to use your book as a reference. I am just not sure whether the flora is comperable because of the different enviroments...
there are a lot of similarities in the flora, though Hungary has more southern specie.
