Just fyi on the end of your grease gun where you plug it into the zerk fitting that you can loosen and tighten that way you arent struggling pulling it out or mess up the zero fittings. You loosen it then put it on then tighten it. Pump your grease then loosen it and voila no tugging or pulling. I guarantee your grease gun has this on the end. Most people don't know that
That’s too much grease buddy, too much grease is also just as bad as no grease at all. It overheats and causes premature wear and failure. If you have to fill up your bearing with grease to remove the play, you got a bad bearing and it needs replacement. Now the grease pushed out the seal to come out, she’s not sealed anymore. Look it up buddy, just do 5-6 pumps like twice a year that’s plenty
You sure you're supposed to pump grease until you see it? I thought these were sealed bearings, and you've pushed it past the seal when you see it coming out. I think that explains why there "isn't much from the factory", it's intentional and you can't see it. Fill the bearing up for sure though.

Just an FYI all new bearings are barely greased when new. You must grease all new bearings during the install on any brand of machine.
Do your wheel a favour and get rid of those rock guards.
It's the supplier that they get their bearings from falt. Replaced axle bearings ,Honda ATV, new bearings same, no grease. Repacked before install.
Hay guy was that grease tool a 39mm iv got a22 xmr x3and the grease tool is way to small
I tried pulling the rotor off and it dragged the bearing with it...the front 2 no problems. That bearing must have froze to the rotor or something.
What measurement is the wheel bearing greaser ?
How much did you sand down that cheap little tool? I can not seem to get mine in for the life of me

Were you having abnormal vibrations at certain speeds before you did all this?
No just normal maintenance
@@2FAT4URACING okay thanks for the feedback.
One of my axles didn’t have a cotter pin from factory.. :/
How many miles do you have to grease these?
I don’t know the exact maintenance interval. Or if there is one, but I try to do it every second oil change
Do you buy one of those for each wheel or just one? Do you leave it in place or remove it after you have done the grease fill?
You just buy one and put it in each wheel grease that wheel then take it out and move on to the next one.
How is your x3 holding up?
Outstanding!! it’s the best on the market!!
what grease did you used?
Gustavo Avina just some basic grease

Bingo
Just pulled me 2023 can am took it apart bone dry I have only put 200miles on it. Just grease everything, SMH good thing I am old about maintenance
There are ones that are made in America, or at least claim to be.
Greaser made in China....a long with 1/2 the components on your machine.
😂 you pumped 23 times not 10-15 like you said.
😂 you really counted
