I understand how you say you keep reliving your past. However, God says bri g it to Him and let go for everytime you "respeak it, you relive it" truly let it go and move on as you no longer live there.
You shouldn't let your past affect your future,your past has no power over your present. Let go of the past and become born again in the present. God has forgiven you for any mistakes so instead of beating yourself up about it or thinking about what you could have done,think about what you can do now, you can't change the past but there is still hope for the future.

I was warned specifically about saturated fat in a dream. A lot of things like cookies, desserts, sausages are full of saturated fat. Fasting, like only eating dinner, and hiking or doing physical exercise during this time really helps.
During your weight loss journey, make sure you include days of fasting and prayer, so that God can lead you with greater strength to overcome temptation to avoid your workouts and stay focused on your diet plan. Keep it real and maybe do a 80/20 balance to not fold on your "reward" days.
