I was coming back from my daughters Friday night, and had a deer run out in front of me. Luckily I saw it in time and was able to avoid it, and she got across the road. God was watching over me.
I honestly believe that even if LeeAnn didn't feel like coming outside. She would come anyhow because of the love and devotion she has for you. To make sure you're going to be alright.
I know how you must feel. It is down to me and my husband alone now for everything. I sure miss family, but they are the blessed ones to be in Heaven to celebrate with Jesus and all the family for generations old and new.
Please prayers for my mom. She was admitted to the hospital Friday after Thanksgiving. Heart, kidneys and COVID. Yikes!!! God bless you all and many prayers 📿 Nurse Judi in AZ and E Minister 🙏🏻 ❤❤❤
I know what you both mean regarding driving at night. I'm 69 and no longer drive at night. During the day is no problem but when it gets dark, like you both indicated, things look different . . . hehe. Riley was so sweet to move Bubu to the hut with her. That pic was priceless. ❤❤❤
Christmas lunch for us is the big meal of the year. Roast chicken, pickled pork, turkey roll, ham on the bone, roast vegetables and steamed vegetables. Pavlova, cheesecake, jellycake, Christmas pudding, trifle, icecream all for dessert. Then biscuits and slices with tea and coffee to finish. Later in the night we have left overs with fresh salad. Nobody ever goes home without containers of food. My Christmas' are my favourite family memories. Lost my Mum 2 years ago so now I've started taking over the tradition. ❤🐨
Fantastic finish on the wormy dance. You Rock Ralph. I really enjoy your video. You both are so refreshing. Praying on and on. Stay safe and Frosty.❤🙏🌹
Hello Grandpa and Grandma. Great ending to the wormy dance. Just be careful. Revel and Riley are so big and fluffy. That is so sweet that Riley watches over Boo. I used to have Thanksgiving every year at my home. After my husband passed away in 2010, I haven't had Thanksgiving at my home. We weren't able to have children but we were blessed to have six nephews. I really miss having all my family and friends together enjoying themselves. I feel blessed to have been a part of the Doss Family's Thanksgiving Day. Thank you for all that you share with us. Love and prayers to you both and to all the Doss Family and to all in need. ❤🙏
I'm asking for prayers for our family. Yesterday we found out my husband's sister Lori (my sister in law) was diagnosed with cancer and had only 1-2 days to live. Sadly she passed this morning. Please put our family in your prayers. We were still trying to accept the cancer news when we got the call she passed. I know she was a woman of Faith and she is safe where she went. Our Lord is great and I know he will carry us, but we are struggling today.
May God grant you peace and may you find solace in his word. I am sorry for your loss. Loss at anytime is difficult, but during the Holidays can be devastatingly life changing. Find strength in your faith and lean on your loved ones. My mother passed a few years back between Christmas and New Years, but before she joined our Heavenly Father she said...."This is just a moment in time, soon this moment will pass. It may hurt now, but God takes care of those who have faith. Imagine all the moments our Father has had, all the hearts he has had to heal. He will heal yours too and you will be able to look back at this moment and know that God was with us all along." I lift you and your family up to the Lord and I ask that he will walk with you until this moment passes. God Bless you and yours.
Asking for prayers as I had a mini stroke on Saturday and was admitted to hospital. MRI of brain shows no damage. They just came and took another chest X-ray because they think they saw something on my lung in the first on. Should know more tomorrow but I know with all my heart that the Lord has me in his arms.
I just retired from driving a bus after 36 years. And driving at night IS different. For me, it started getting difficult for me so I started to drive only short distances at night. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family and extended family. Praying on. Thank you for sharing your journey.
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving, our oldest daughter's son had leukemia and was receiving treatment for the last two years. I will say that the day before Thanksgiving our daughter received a call to tell her all his test results were cancer free for his 6 month checkup. This will be the first Christmas in two years that our whole family will get together. I'm extremely blessed to have all this time with family. Thank You for sharing your life with us. Much love from our family to your family 💞
We use the Fellowship Hall at our Church for our family’s Christmas gathering. We all bring certain parts of the meal. So much easier than trying to get 62 people in one house.
Isn't family wonderful, I just found 3 half sisters and a half brother at age 80, was adopted at 6 months so this was wonderful. Have met 2 sisters and a cousin, they came to visit. I am a lucky lady. Always grateful for family.
I’m 77 and I drive long distance a few times a year, but not at night. Used to love driving at night. Nice video, love that Rylie takes care of Abu. Love and prayers for all in need, and please pray for my son in law, biopsy Monday, tomorrow. 💕🙏💕🙏💕🙏
As we get older, we begin to realize our increased limitations and become more cautious. I'm 70. I've driven in West Africa, in places I didn't know for sure if even a goat could get through, but now I'm much more cautious, especially at night.
Get it Ralph! This old grandmother loves the wormie dance too! Go Rylie, take care of boo!❤ great video. Love the rock n talk again!❤ love y’all. God bless from OKC.❤
Prayers please, still dealing with torn rotator cuff injury, I slept wrong and it messed it up so bad I had to call in to work. Very painful, can only lay down and keep it still
You guys are smart listening to your guts reguarding the driving.Grandpa since it's your own record you win either way.Thank you for sharing your family.
I do NOT drive at night unless it’s an emergency. I know exactly what you mean. Funny it’s mostly been after losing my husband in April. I drove 12 hours each way to Mayo Clinic for him night and day for three years. Never was a problem, God is so good and always provides for us when we need Him. Your videos are so good and I’m so happy that your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
God’s blessings on you both and all the Doss family members. I do not like driving at night either, everything looks and feels different. Had the most wonderful day with my two grandsons 😇. So glad the family got home safe and sound. The fun and laughter really warmed my heart. They are so awesome! Love and prayers 😇💜
Such a lovely video.. your goats and dogs are like a family. When you walked today they were all IN a long line behind you. It was so cool to see. Enjoy the 2nd round of turkey. Yum yum. Yes, traditions change as life goes on. I sure miss being with my family at holidays. Hope the water thaws quickly. 🎄💗❄️🎅🧬🦌🛷🎁⭐☃️
I've been the family photographer since I was about 6. I always took each individual family as well as group shots. Those pics are so important 😍. Looking at a family reunion pic now; out of about 48 people, only 6 remain today. Since before my cataract surgeries 7 years ago, I don't feel like I see well at night either.
It is so great you have family close by. My family is down to my two kids, one son-in-law and two grandsons. My 3 brothers all live far away. Parents on both our sides are gone. My husband was an only child. It seems like the families are getting smaller. I am blessed to have you all on utube and enjoy your videos so much. God Bless you all. ❤❤
Love and enjoy your videos. May the lord bless and protect you and grandma and the animals and the homestead. Extra prayers for Doss family. Please continue to keep us in your prayers
Enjoyed the video today. I too am one of those who, since retiring, do not feel comfortable driving in the dark now, and the feeling is worse when you add rain. Guess this comes under the you lose it if you don't use it category. God bless.
I will be 69 Christmas Eve and my husband just turned 65 and we don’t like driving at night anymore. The headlights coming at you blind us. We do everything possible to be home by dark. Again Happy Thanksgiving and have a great week!!
I figure that moma cat drinks that water in the chicken shed because, the chickens go in it and take a bath in it. And it makes the water taste like chicken soup to her.😃👌❤
I understand the night driving thing...I had trouble with that also and finally got to the point I just didn't drive at night. Now I don't drive at all. I didn't wait for someone to tell I shouldn't drive anymore...I knew I couldn't drive and I didn't want to keep on and perhaps the the person who caused an accident. LeeAnn, I could eat a piece of that apple pie about now and I would love to know how you fixed the sweet potatoes. Thanks again for sharing some of your special moments with us. Have a Blessed day.
Sad to say, Ralph, but one misstep doing the special ending to your wormy dance, and you pinch your sciatica, please ,please be careful! It is very very painful.
@@Gunsmokepediawhen I had mine, I stretched as far as I could over my head, and then stretch a little more. It took care of it, somehow. But have to be careful what I do, sure don’t want it back again.

So thankful that you and LeaAnn regained your health in time for the holidays with your family. God bless you!
I'm thankful that Chad convinced y'all to start the channel. It's been good to find real people.
I very much agree! ❤
That is really cool that Riley is watching over Abu :)

Abu and Riley sleeping together was adorable.
My dad passed away at 59. One week before his 60th. I did not look forward to my 60th, and now, here I am about to turn 80.
