The people who planted this dance in Haiti were the Igbo. When Haitians began to write about it, they wrote Ibo. It's the same way the fongbe Vodun became Vodou in Haiti and Voodoo in the United States. I use Ibo here in recognition of my Haitian friends and teachers. But yes, the original is Igbo.
