I’ve got an 09 lmm with 530k. Nothing but Delvac from new. Has also been deleted since about 5000 miles too.

350k on my 5.9 magnum motor in my 2001 dodge 1500. All original. 450k in my 97 dodge 3500 12 valve 5 speed. Granted. They don’t look as good as that duramax!!
