I use full wine bottles when I want the extra weight that says consistent throughout rolling so it's less likely to tear when rolling thin dough

I love rose but lately something has changed in her videos that male me dizzy. Am i the only one? Probably yes. Anyways i loved the vídeo Linda + rose are the best combo
You're not the only one! I've noticed that with the close up camera (or however you call it) It's in a slight slow motion or something like that. It's making me a bit dizzy too. But I still love the video, because it's, as always, full of inspirations. :)
Yeah, one camera angle is slowed down a bit... Idk if it's stylistic or just a tech issue. But I'm not vibing with it either lol not a dis on the Rose or her content! I always tune in lol

Lunch: I have never heard of BING and it actually sounds very good :D The folding is pretty much like in a croissant but the overall technique and result completely different - I must say, it is pretty fun.
When it comes to the scramble - add the black salt when it is already off the heat, as otherwise it looses most of its flavour and you have to use much more to get the same effect :D

I still loved the video but the B camera (or close up or whatever) seemed like it was recording low fps and was very disorienting

I make banana protein oat pancakes a lot and do add flour to make them more like a traditional pancake. Does help to make them lighter and some baking powder makes them a lil thicker :)

I am always jealous about the soy curls you have available in the US and Canada as the ones we get in EU are just so far in terms of texture from chicken and way t uniformly shaped ;P And in such a dish, they must be so great!

Love your videos because your fun and honest personality! I'll give you a tip... When using a portable water bottle as rolling pin, fill it with water. I think the weight will help you to flatten the dough more easily. Keep the good work!

You added flax and chia I would have just done one since they both do the same thing. That might have been why it was so thick.

Pancakes: I would just omit the egg as you have the banana or use some type of an egg-replacer because eggs usually serve a different function in pancakes - they constitute quite a big amount of the batter :D Having said that, great you blended the chia egg as otherwise it would not work - I'd say blending the chia before soaking is even better). Also, the batter in a vegan version usually should be thicker as you don't have the egg which firms up when heated. So good you decided not to thin it out even more! And you can change the final texture by adding some protein powder (as opposed to flour) if you want to keep them on the higher-protein side!

@@MultiplesofNico Yes, it works for some recipes quite well. But you have to try it out with the protein you have and test different ratios. Or just test out a recipe you find on the internet, as there are many of them :D

For the pancakes- maybe just omit either the chia egg and make a flax egg instead with the flax required for the recipe, or vs versa omit the flax and make a chia egg. This way there’s not two thickners in the batter (have no idea if this will work just what I would try) 😊

Are you going to keep doing the switching between to camera angles? Very disorienting
To be clear I am talking about at the beginning of the videos where you keep jumping back and forth between different angles of you talking. Feels like we are transporting all around the room

I have made good pancakes without eggs, substituting a banana and a couple of TBSP of vegan yogurt. Seeing as this recipe already contains flax and banana, they will prob hold together well without having to add the chia?

When I eat too many simple carbs without fiber, it also gives me the itis. However, I found out that… if you suddenly feel sleepy after eating a low fiber & high simple carbs meal… you could have pre-diabetes.

@@CheapLazyVegan she seems to demostrare that she views food as an emotional support system, which i think is a dangerous idea to broadcast to a younger audience. She also did a "cutting calories in half" video that also showed some questionable eating habits, and i personally think it's unethical to show this sort of behavior to an impressionable teenage audience and profit off of it, but of course that's just my opinion
@@kleinespin1265 If you watch Linda regularly, you’d see that family is super important to her. Food is one way they bond and food can absolutely be an important emotional support. There’s a reason why we all seek comfort food when we’re sick or upset. There’s nothing wrong with that and it’s kind of weird to call someone out for that. But that’s just my opinion.

The camera angles had a reality tv show feel, and I felt a bit dizzy while watching, or like it's a genre that I don't want to watch and had a hard time watching.
