Went there in 2022 when we stayed at the CMC Buxton site. At the time there was a CMC voucher so with the over 60 concession, entry was even cheaper. It was raining then too!
Hiya.....hope you're ok? Loved the video as always ...we've been four times to our van so far and its been so relaxing I can't tell you! Hope we all get a good summer but you just never know do yu lol...take care Paolo and Roger 'The Camp Caravanners'
You picked a nice quiet day, perfect for a good look round and lots of spaces on the tram. Gail and I both visited as children. It’s actually pronounced ‘Crych’ 😁. Gail used to work in a sweet factory that made pineapple chunks, she used to blend flavours and colours. Nice to see it again Graham & Mandy. Best regards, Rob & Gail 😀
Thanks for watching. I always get those Northern names wrong 😁Eyam Eeeyam 🤣 Oh I do love a pineapple chunk. On our second visit I got Army & Navy sweets 👍🏻
We have a very similar experience near us called Beamish which has trams and all sorts to ride on. It’s funny how aware you are of the trams even though they are slower than modern day buses people are aware of them and look before crossing the road.
Love Derbyshire, pretty much on my doorstep and spent many a time up Derbyshire growing up. Not been to Crich team way museum for some years. A walk around Carsington is nice and there’s a lovely pub called the miners arms is very nice and good for food. You mentioned about some city’s having trams, Nottingham has a tram system now. Enjoy hope your having a good time.
Fascinating, love the old machinery, if you really want to back in time check out Bliss hill Victorian town in Ironbridge or Beamish near Durham great days out
Thanks for watching. If you purchase 2 tickets they are valid for 12 months. If you use CAMC offer only one is valid for 12 months the “free” one isn’t. It’s a good offer if you only go once. We went twice so both had to pay.
Crich is always a good day out. 1940's weekend is really worth going to. Great vlog Graham
I went there about 60 years ago, I think they had two trams. Seem to have a few more now . Time for another visit!

Looks a great day out how many rides do you get for your Ticket?
Morning Colin. As many as you want during the way. I’d imagine at busy times there would be quite a queue though. They normally run 3 trams
If you are a caravan and motorhome member you can get buy 1 ticket get 1 free at the tramway museum
