Of course I have never had any issues I am mostly saying geographically within recent years the last 5-10 years and definitely the last 2-3 years with abnormally low ridership and fewer witnesses to intervene
That noise from the horn the Washington Metro operator honked real loudly would definitely make you flinch.
Good ol' Fort Totten Station... Many a time an operator would overshoot the platform while traveling at high rates of speed from West Hyattsville. ;)
