-Get at least “investigate outbreaks” BEFORE you pick your hq
-Try to get faster research, but focus on getting production, the sooner you get “Global production treaty” the bigger boost you get for it, up to 90%, which is EXTREMLY useful.
-Try to use contact tracing and the things below that
-Try not to use to much funds on lowering infection rate and fatality rate if you still need some things above
-Try to use “No boat traveling, and use things like lockdown when Necessary
-Make sure to move around your field operatives, and if you can, travel them to the first country infected. if you can find patient 0 then youll get a medium research speed boost
