Lastly, for an odd reason, I felt that I had either met you before or your voice reminded me of someone that I knew. You answered that question in your intro today. Bro, you share the same birthday as my Mother had. I can't go wrong with your advice!!!!!
Dan, first of all, I love your channel. I’ll be subscribing soon. Second, I love Beard Brand. It’s what I’ve been using for a long time, but I’m afraid I don’t share the same point of view as you with them being consistent. I find myself having to wait for them to stock up again because they are constantly out of stock on certain items. Particularly Old Money stuff. I just find it really annoying due to the fact that if you’re one of the “top dogs” in the industry like you said, you would think you’d be better stocked and supply the demand. It has made me consider switching to something else and I would hate that because I love them. I hope you can share this with them if you still stay in touch with them.
@@MrPenabuenotony unfortunately at the time of this comment, I agree with you. They have had a lot of changes since this video and it is hard to keep up with. I do not really stay in touch with them

I for sure preferred dropper top on the beginning but never liked pump tops lol and I still do like the dropper, I just like the restrictor cap more. That’s been for a few years now. Good details here about why: ua-cam.com/video/eEXo0SdfnIc/v-deo.html
Over the years I have spent a lot of money on beard products from small batch to larger companies. I have found inconsistencies with small batch companies and a few times have been disappointed by the lack of customer service. I tried Beardbrand years ago and I keep coming back. True quality, consistency, and customer service. Not to mention their UA-cam content is top notch. Huge fan of Temple Smoke scent and Old Money would be a close #2. In regards to the utility balm, it’s a home run for me. I am not a strictly butter guy. When I combine a butter with oil, it makes my beard too greasy and doesn’t have the hold I like. I am not an affiliate, just a fan! Thanks Dan for the awesome content! Cheers from the Ozarks
Beardbrand was the first quality company that I came across in my beard journey. Four Vices is still to this day my favorite scent of all time! Even though it's one of their scents they are getting rid of this year. Temple Smoke is good as well. Gotta try the Old Money again as I didn't really like it when I tried the sample. Also gotta love you can get them in target for the White Line.
I have a four vices balm that's over 6 months old, and it has a weird smell to it now! I had to throw it away!! And yet the temple smoke balm I have is over a year old still smells like the day I bought it! I don't understand?
@@justinhayes2194 that’s strange. I wonder if it was a bad batch or just a storage issue. I have a 4 vices balm that’s over a year old and it smells just the same as it always has
Beardbrand had a definite influence on my decision to grow my beard beyond the old number 2 guard trim... Their videos, and the personalities in the videos are always top notch. I was drawn in by a certain white bearded fellow, but as my beard got longer, I realized I didn't share the Greek Deity type look he had, and decided to model my beard after another white beard circa 2017... lol I use their styling balm for my head hair, and have their oil, I really like the update a few years ago making the carrier blend consistent across the differing scent lines.
I’ve been using strictly beard brand oils for the last three years . Old money, four vices, Citrus, and tree ranger are always in my cabinet. Love love love
I’ve been using beardbrand products for years now. Temple smoke is my go to, absolutely love that sent. I haven’t tried the old money, I’ll have to get some II and try it. Great video, keep up the great work.
Beardbrand was the very 1st company I purchased from before I found the community. I bought Spiced Citrus oil, Balm, wash, and softener. I liked their products but when I found the community I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t paying their prices again. I will buy a spiced citrus oil once in a while because my wife loves that scent and says it smells like Christmas. So I’ll wear the oil during Christmas season, I think they are a great co, I would be more willing to buy from them regularly if the wash was 8oz at the price it’s at for the small 3.7!0z or what ever it is, and if they made a true butter. Not having a true butter is the main reason. I love beard butter. I am someone who always buys combos and don’t like using 1 oil and a different butter. If BeardBrand got a true butter I’d definitely buy their oil and butter. Thanks Dan
Beardbrand was the company that inspired me to start growing a beard! First scent ever for me was Tree Ranger! Still a fan favorite but Old Money still takes the cake for the best scent for me! Great great video!
Me too. I read about their beard oils and decided to grow my beard out from its usual 1 or 2 trim. I ended up not caring so much for some of their scents and moved on to other brands: Live Bearded, Grave Before Shave, Viking Revilution.
Beardbrand was the very first company I bought true beard products from. I had a beard for a couple years and never actually understood the need for true beard centric products. I actually found them watching reruns of Shark Tank on Hulu a couple years ago. Decided to check them out and started reading all their knowledge articles, which lead me to the whole world of beard products and beard care. I almost strictly used them for a solid year or two until I found your channel, Dan, which lead me to all these other amazing companies and a more wide variety of scents and products.
I enjoy Beardbrand. First tried them a couple years ago in old money and temple smoke. I enjoy both scents. The utility balm does help my beard feel good the next morning, but it’s heavy which keeps me from using it a lot. The wash does good for me, albeit more stripping than other washes. I will definitely keep a bottle of oil on the shelf, but to be honest, the price keeps me from using it in a regular rotation. I know there is a white line, but the scents just do not do it for me compared to other companies at that same price point. I’m happy for the affiliate Dan!!
That's awesome! I love BeardBrand. I use the utility bar daily! I keep their oil in my rotation but use it less often for similar reasons to everyone else, the price. I love all the gold line scents. Old Money is usually the strongest smelling in the soap. Congrats on the affiliate!
Beardbrand is definitely worth it to me for the products and the EXPERIENCE. They have been so instrumental in the journeys of many beardsmen, including me. I can personally attest to the quality of their customer service. Even though they are not in my regular product rotation, I’ll continue to support them. In fact, I just recently got their round brush and tweezers, and so far, I think they’re great. Their beard comb is also one of my personal favorites, even though a Kent comb will do a pretty similar job at a lower price point.
I have only tried samples of their beard oil. It is good oil and my favorite is Temple Smoke. With their prices, I have not tried any other product. I cannot justify the cost when there are other companies whose scents I like just as much. Eric has a pretty rigorous business model when it comes to pricing and no discounts. It seems to be working though since they are still in business. Glad you got an affiliation with them Dan. Well deserved. You are a good guy that produces good content for the bearded community.
I have the spiced citrus products: Beard oil Utility bar Beard softener Deodorant Sea salt spray And the utility bum. This package is pretty much the first time I have bought products for beard grooming, I love them all. I am still in the process of trying to find out the best way to use the products. Far as how I should use the oil, and the utility bum, not sure if I should use both at the same time, or one or the other. Up until 2010, I always had short hair, and I would always style my hair with gel. 2010 was the first time I grew my hair out long, and since then I have grown it out for a couple of years then cut it and ware it short for a couple of years. And I found out the first time I grew my hair out, how much I proffered not having any products in my hair for stilling. So when I went back to wearing my hair short, I didn’t put any products in my hair, because I have enough volume in my hair, I could brush it how I want it, and wear it as is. I say all that to say this, back in October 2021 I went from long hair back to short, and when I fix my hair I wouldn’t put anything in it. Then I had just a short beard and I decided I was going to grow out my beard and do some research on getting some products for my beard. So I decided on beard brand. And came across a UA-cam video on sea salt spray, and how to use it for styling hair. So I decided to try it out, when I got all my other products. And I love using the sea salt spray for styling my hair. It’s not like any gel, muse, or hair spray or anything like that. The sea salt spray gives my hair a very lite hold, and I don’t have to worry about having go threw out the day making sure my hair was still in place. And Dan, far as you not liking the styling bum. Have you tried out the utility bum? It seems to me the utility bum is more like a butter, not a bum it’s very light and leaves my beard still being flexible. It might work out for you. Sorry for the long read, but I am very happy with deciding to go with Beard Brand, it’s a little pricey, but for me it’s well worth it. And just wanted to share my experience with Beard Brand.
Thank you for the thorough feedback, I really appreciate that! It has been some time but I have tried the utility balm, but it just wasn't for me (at least at the time)
I’m very happy with my Beard Brand products, like I said I’m new to the high beard maintenance, so I want to at least try all the main products companies have out there for beards. Beard Brand doesn’t have a straight up just beard butter. Can you maybe give 2 or 3 suggestions for beard butters out there to try?
I'm in love with their products. The issue is they gave up selling to Europe. I contacted them many times and they urged me to use MyUs to get Beardbrand products. Very disappointed by their brand new policy.... But your explanations are always awesome Dan. Thank you very much my bro! So... send you my greetings from France! Take care. Hess.

Congrats Dan! That is awesome news! I have tried the Beardbrand whiteline wash and softener. Overall happy with he products. Been wanting to try the Old Money oil for awhile. Might have to finally give in to temptation and buy it.
I tried all the Gold Line Scents, and I actually started with the Black Line scent of Black Sails I love it but its a not a scent for EVERYONE, however Old Money is Fantastic, Temple Smoke is Amazing, and Four Vices is my personal all time favorite. I recommend if you could try just one, start with Four Vices, its a Great Scent and not over bearing.
I´ve been waiting for a VERY long time for Beardbrand to come to Europe. They were here for a short period but backed out due to logistics, but it seems like they are working on getting back here now when they have streamlined their products. Cant wait to try their stuff!
I have tried multiple beard companies and Beardbrand has always been my favorite for feel in beard. I use their shampoo and conditioner and beard products as well. They are definitely higher priced but worth the money IMO. I have been watching their videos since I started growing my beard. Hate that they are getting rid of Four Vices.
I have used them before and loved Old Money!! Did try their wash and conditioner and didn’t care for them. Their oils are amazing as I’ve tried them in a sample pack. Beard felt great after. Old Money was the only one I liked. Congratulations on your affiliate with them!
Beard brand was the first quality beard oil I ever purchased but also I didn’t know then what I do now. They have a great product smells really good to. The price is what put a stop to me buying anything else though. Now that I have found so many other more reasonable priced company’s since finding your channel I can’t justify spending the price they charge. Every company has great scents and I really don’t notice a real difference in the way my beard feels from one oil to the next as long as I buy from a quality company to start. The only real difference I really notice is when I use an oil with emu oil in it then I can see and feel a big difference. So I can’t justify paying that extra money for a scent only when there are so many great scents out there that are just as good. I can buy 3 bottles of whiskey and hard tack fable or ruddy man for 50$ with dans discount compared to 2 bottles of beard brand oil costing 60$ maybe if they offered a discount code with the affiliate link then I could see myself spending my money on there product but until there is a way to get it for a little less I’m sticking with ruddy man W&H or fable love those company’s
It looks like there have been some more changes over the last year. Eric released a video detailing some struggles they have faced and changes they made along with the reasons. They changed some of the formulations, scents, packaging, and prices. @DanCBearded, do you plan put together another review of the three main Utility Beard Oils and other products? I would love to see it.
Love the review Mr C. Great detail on the scent, and a viscosity measurement is fantastic. That is good info to know. And good point about the restrictor cap.
I absolutely love beard brand. I've purchased several products in the past but haven't in a while because of the price. I didn't know they lowered the oil to $29 for the gold line. That's much better than before and it makes it easier to pull the trigger. All the gold line scents are incredible so I look forward to restocking.
Temple smoke softener. That's my jam! Can't get enough of the scent. It reminds me of a Christmas store with potpourri pinecones and the like. I practically shove it up my nose in the shower :)
Beardbrand videos on UA-cam by Eric, Greg, Carlos et al were my first beard videos and I learned a lot from them. Very encouraging and supportive plus of course amazingly informative. I have to admit I have never tried Beardbrand products as I have never seen them anywhere here in Australia. I might give the oil a try at some point.
Awesome video Dan Beard Brand is definitely in my lineup I have the gold line Templesmoke , old money you are right though not a great fan of there utility balm or styling balm . But love the oils
Good morning Dan. Another great video and thank you. I personally really like the old money sent oil as well. I agree with you on the balm, it is not the same as a butter. Personally, I had a bad experience with their customer service so I do not purchase from them anymore. Have a great day sir. Thanks for all you do.
Great video. I haven't used any of the gold line products, but I used the white line. I would recommend the white line to anyone regardless of their beard length or experience.
Dan C, Since your video on Castor Oil, I have been using a brand named Jamaican. My oil is Mango & Lime Black Castor oil. Since I have been using it ,it softens my beard great. I highly recommend that you try it if you haven't. My beard is gray but has the look of thickness that I see in yours. Let me know what you think.
Beardbrand was the first brand I tried when "trying the market". I got an oil fragrance sampler, utility balm and the wash/conditioner in Old Money, and a bar of soap in temple smoke. Old Money is phenomenal! Temple smoke is a close second. Both are so good. I wanted to love everything about this company, but unfortunately, the balm, the wash and the conditioner disappointed me. The balm was what I was most excited about, but it tended to remain greasy on my beard all day. The wash seems a bit harsher than others and I specifically was looking for something as gentle as possible. The conditioner simply broke down in my beard and left it fairly snaggly. I was confused by it. All this on top of the high price meant I was forced to try other options. I was so disappointed because I LOVE the old Money scent. A lot. I'm planning to try the balm again as my beard lengthens. (I really want to love it) The soap was great. Love the soap. I don't use it for my beard, as it's too stripping (as most soaps are), but it's awesome otherwise. I may just have to buy old money soap in the future. On a strong positive note, they truly stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I contacted them, explained my dissatisfaction with the wash, conditioner, and balm and they absolutely took them back for a refund. That meant a lot. Not all companies will do that. So cheers Beardbrand, your Old Money and Temple Smoke are top notch, and I'll be on the look out for that possible butter!
I appreciate good packaging and artwork. It helps to impress the wife! If I'm spending a ton on beard items and they have a generic look, she'll give me the side-eye lol.
Congratulations bro on getting to be an affiliate on a brand that you truely love, Ill definitely have to give beard brand a try at some point and get some sent over to Australia haha
Beard Brand was one of my first forays into the mail order beard product market. I gotta say, those guys set the bar pretty high. Being in Canada brings its own challenges when ordering from the US but they do their darndest to work with us so it doesn't become cost prohibitive to buy from them. Any issues, get in touch with Meg. She has never, and I don't use absolutes lightly, never let me down. Always there with a reply and a solution. Dan, as you said, their products are superior. Couple that with the service and all the value added, like the forum and the UA-cam content and that's a home run outta the park. I have every one of their scent lines and, while I like some more than others, there really isn't a bad one in the lot! It may not be for everyone but if you wanna treat yourself to something special, beardly speaking, give 'em a shot. You won't be disappointed.
Beardbrand is really good. Temple Smoke all time favorite, even now after trying many different companies. I also like Four Vices and Tree Ranger. Still want to try Tea Tree at some point too. Beard wash from Target is great too as it lathers really well and is cleansing without stripping.
I enjoyed this video and hope you continue revisiting companies. I agree owners are important. I particularly like those who educate beard growers: Eric of Beardbrand, of course, The Beard Baron (John Diehl), Fine Fettle (Stuart Morse), Braw Beard Oils’ John Jackson (Scotland), [These were extremely valuable as I grew my beard, and I still revisit their advice.] Collin Gray of Fable, and others I don’t recall just now. I like the Beardbrand products Target carries, although I understand Target decides what products are in which stores, which makes it a bit difficult. Congratulations on becoming an affiliate, and especially an early affiliate.
The Beardbrand eco system is genius. There is nothing like a good shower with Beardbrand products. Jump out. Some beard oil…nothing like it….Haven’t tried Old Money but Temple Smoke is amazing. Just makes ya feel good.
Their prices are high and I'm not overly fond of Gold line, but I will say this: their customer service is fantastic and they will take care of you if you have issue, their product is super high quality as well.
The Old Money scent does sound fantastic. The price makes Beardbrand one of those companies I won’t be buying several oils from at a time, but I do think it may be something I will try one oil from and see how I like it. This seems like an ideal situation to test an oil and just mix in a few drops with an unscented butter to keep that scent.
I learned a lot from the UA-cam beard brand channel on beard care and maintenance. Just like I'm now learning a lot from you, Dan. I like temple smoke, 4 vices and old money in that order. Don't like the wash and softener. Use the utility once in a while. It's OK.
Hey Dan, could you recommend a good beard wash and conditioner that I could use very often. Daily or almost daily. Also a good beard butter that I could put in my beard at night, or doring the day. Thanks brother.
I tried the sampler kit before and some of the white line stuff. I really liked some of the scents, but honestly can’t remember what feel in beard was like now.
Every man jack was the first company I ever tried then I went towards beard brand. Honestly not a huge fan of thier products. Respect the company but the lack of scents and the fact that my skin just doesn't seem to take well to the oils let for a lackluster experience for the price. Happ I found Fable. Fixed both those problems. I do still use BB regular shampoo and conditioner. Love the tea tree and four vices. There utility bars are really nice as well even though I just started using Suday bear for soap.
Beardbrand Tree Ranger was the first oil I ever tried, a few years ago. Along with Eric's videos, it got me interested oils/balms and the beard community. I have tried the gold line sampler, with Four Vices being my favorite - I had to get the cologne 🙃 congrats on the affiliation Dan!
I have never tried Beardbrand. The reasons I never tried them was after watching their videos and seeing what the utility balm is and does I don't think it would do for my beard what an actual butter does and the main reason for not trying them is price. If Beardbrand had an actual beard butter then I probably would consider trying them. I hope Beardbrand especially Eric Bandholz watches this video, reads the comments and sees both the need and that most men want an actual beard butter and they start making an actual beard butter.
Dan congrats on the affiliate! Beardbrand was my first oil! Four Vices to this day is still my all time favorite scent. My other scent I loved from them was Stone Mason. But it doesn’t seem like Target is carrying it anymore. Do you know if they quit making Stone Mason?
Thanks Gerrad and that is a big statement on still your all time favorite! I do not know about stone mason, but it seems like there is not much in stores anymore
It’s got that tobacco scent but unlike a lot of tobacco scents I don’t get any sweetness from it. I like that. I think manly without being musky. I happen to like 3/4 of those vices as well and the one I don’t actually do I sure love the smell of anyways. Stone Mason was awesome I wish I could get more of that
I liked temple smoke & spiced citrus oil, but would like for it to last a few hours longer…blank slate unscented white line Target brand is pretty good…as always, Great video 👍🏼
It's crazy, I have been following beard brand and been meaning to buy their stuff since their inception in 2012 but haven't until just yesterday! Crossed the boarder for the first time in three years and bought a sample kit from Target. First thing I noticed is all the products really do have a premium feel, the oil feels great in beard and I don't need alot. The flow restrictor works flawlessly. The balm is really smooth. Great products. Still haven't found a better wash though than Beard Octanes LCW and the conditioner is also phenomenal..... That said their face and body wash is terrible lol :p Doesn't lather at all.
I bought the target brand it seems ok. It was 12 bucks so i thought i would try it and not bad. Am a live bearded brand guy. But i am gonna try Bread octane
Not concentrated (use it straight up, don't add water). How long it last depends on so much. How much your use, how often you use it. I am not sure how to give a relevant answer there
Been waiting on your opinion on beardbrand .. must have missed your prior review. I actually assumed you didn’t like them . I’m a fan of their products myself . Old money is probably my favorite but enjoy the whole gold long
I've never herd any comments about their styling balm. I'm guess by the list of ingredients, a lot of which are synthetic you might not be a fan. Just curious of your opinion. Thanks
I have always wanted to try Beard Brand never made the leap to spend the money, but now that I know Target sells the lower end (which Is fresh news to me)I think I will buy some and work my way up to the Gold Line, plus it will make my wife happy because she gets to go to Target 😄😄
I’ve always loved Four Vices. It is going out of production. I’d like to stock up on the scent. Does it make sense to buy utility balm over oil. Do the butter/balms typically last longer than oils? I’d like to see a video on the butter vs oil length of time they typically expire in relation to one another.
@@DanCBearded I really like that they have mustache wax the size of a chapstick. I ordered some, and I've used it for touch ups while I'm at work. And I have a bottle of sea salt spray on the way. I'll definitely get some oil next time I get paid. I tried to find these caps, by themselves, on Amazon and no luck so far.

Beardbrand had a definite influence on my decision to grow my beard beyond the old number 2 guard trim...
Their videos, and the personalities in the videos are always top notch.
I was drawn in by a certain white bearded fellow, but as my beard got longer, I realized I didn't share the Greek Deity type look he had, and decided to model my beard after another white beard circa 2017... lol
I use their styling balm for my head hair, and have their oil, I really like the update a few years ago making the carrier blend consistent across the differing scent lines.
Awesome comment, thanks Brian!
I’ve been using strictly beard brand oils for the last three years . Old money, four vices, Citrus, and tree ranger are always in my cabinet. Love love love
That is great to hear!
I’ve been using beardbrand products for years now. Temple smoke is my go to, absolutely love that sent. I haven’t tried the old money, I’ll have to get some II and try it. Great video, keep up the great work.
Thank you!
Thanks Dan
I am hopeful and excited for the possibility of them making a butter!
Another great video for Dan C. Keeping positive support in the beard community!
Thank you Jeremy!
Beardbrand was the company that inspired me to start growing a beard! First scent ever for me was Tree Ranger! Still a fan favorite but Old Money still takes the cake for the best scent for me! Great great video!
That is really cool!
I have seen that episode, it is a great one!
Thank you Matt! I appreciate the comment
That's awesome! I love BeardBrand. I use the utility bar daily! I keep their oil in my rotation but use it less often for similar reasons to everyone else, the price. I love all the gold line scents. Old Money is usually the strongest smelling in the soap. Congrats on the affiliate!
Awesome Mark and thank you!
Have yet to try beard brand…..always feel like i have to knock this off my bucket list as a beardsmen
Keep me posted if you do!
That is where I first "met" you Mr. Flagg was in their Tuesday livestreams!
@@DanCBearded Ah, I miss those streams! You’re doing an incredible job at filling that space now!
Thank you Josh!
Congrats on being an affiliate for beard brand...super cool!!
Thank you buddy!
Awesome video Dan!
Thank you sir!
@@DanCBearded you’re welcome!
My first beard oil was from Beardbrand! Definitely a great company!
It really is, and you are very lucky if this was your first!
I have the spiced citrus products:
Beard oil
Utility bar
Beard softener
Deodorant
Sea salt spray
And the utility bum.
Take care.
Hess.
They will be back in Europe. Eric talked about it in a video on Beardbrands channel. Not sure when though.
@@C4rnal063 thank you my friend. I asked Eric here in the comments.
He answered me directly and told me if things are going well in 2022 the next step is 2023 in Europe. You can check the above in the comments.
Thanks anyway for taking time to answer me I appreciate it! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I am glad it sounds like they will be coming back!
Great company, service and support. I buy from them because I have gotten so much from their UA-cam channel and I want to support them.
Agreed! I like to support when there is value in other ways. Just like my channel, I have never charged a penny but appreciate when viewers support in other ways
Congrats Dan! That is awesome news! I have tried the Beardbrand whiteline wash and softener. Overall happy with he products. Been wanting to try the Old Money oil for awhile. Might have to finally give in to temptation and buy it.
Let me know if you do try Justin!
Awesome feedback, thanks Rich!
Love the old money scent they have, really wanna try four vices before they get rid of it!
They have some BIG changes coming and I am excited to help get the word out. Everyone will love this
I´ve been waiting for a VERY long time for Beardbrand to come to Europe. They were here for a short period but backed out due to logistics, but it seems like they are working on getting back here now when they have streamlined their products. Cant wait to try their stuff!
I am excited for that to open back up over seas!
I'm glad they lowered the price. Haven't found a scent of theirs that I like yet. I really like their videos
Have you tried the silver line? Pretty simple but wonderful scents
@@DanCBearded do they have a citrus cent? I've tried one of them
I have tried multiple beard companies and Beardbrand has always been my favorite for feel in beard. I use their shampoo and conditioner and beard products as well. They are definitely higher priced but worth the money IMO. I have been watching their videos since I started growing my beard. Hate that they are getting rid of Four Vices.
Awesome to hear, thanks Trent!
I have used them before and loved Old Money!! Did try their wash and conditioner and didn’t care for them. Their oils are amazing as I’ve tried them in a sample pack. Beard felt great after. Old Money was the only one I liked. Congratulations on your affiliate with them!
Thank you Jim!
Thank you for the feedback Terry!
I really like to try the gold line up. If old money is where it's at, then that will be the one I try. Thanks Dan for the info 👍
Keep me posted if you do!
Hey Ryan! I do not have any plans to cover the changes at this time. I haven't used their products in a while or interacted with them.
I still remember seeing Eric/Beardbrand on Shark Tank. Congrats on the affiliate with Beardbrand!!
That was a great episode!
Love the review Mr C.
Great detail on the scent, and a viscosity measurement is fantastic.
That is good info to know.
And good point about the restrictor cap.
Thanks Thomas!
I absolutely love beard brand. I've purchased several products in the past but haven't in a while because of the price. I didn't know they lowered the oil to $29 for the gold line. That's much better than before and it makes it easier to pull the trigger. All the gold line scents are incredible so I look forward to restocking.
Great feedback, thank you Daniel!
Temple smoke softener. That's my jam! Can't get enough of the scent. It reminds me of a Christmas store with potpourri pinecones and the like. I practically shove it up my nose in the shower :)
haha nice!
The videos are pure gold and are given out for free!
Awesome video Dan Beard Brand is definitely in my lineup I have the gold line Templesmoke , old money you are right though not a great fan of there utility balm or styling balm . But love the oils
That is great Kevin!
Congratulations. I’m a fan of beardbrand’s beard oil.
Thank you!
Their tee trea scent is heavenly
Agreed! So fresh
Good morning Dan. Another great video and thank you. I personally really like the old money sent oil as well. I agree with you on the balm, it is not the same as a butter. Personally, I had a bad experience with their customer service so I do not purchase from them anymore. Have a great day sir. Thanks for all you do.
Thanks for the feedback and I am sorry to hear about your experience with customer service. That is rare one for me, but I do not doubt you one bit
Old money is my go to sent. Love it.
So good!
Love the U Balm for my skin (arms, shoulders, etc) in cold, dry months.
Agree with the softener.
Great company that is one to learn from.
Thanks Todd!
Great video. I haven't used any of the gold line products, but I used the white line. I would recommend the white line to anyone regardless of their beard length or experience.
I love the white line!
Also the target brand the black material on the cap was coming off in my hands not sure why?
Interesting! I am not sure
Same here with black particles coming off the cap.
LB has got the best beard conditioner (of many) I have tried.
Great stuff!
Great Video--thanks for your support! Temple Smoke Gold Line for me all the way.
Hey Greg, thanks for stopping by and commenting! Excited for an updated video in the next few weeks
I did but same 2 year ago and I did not like it hope they fix alot of it I will like try them one time before I say no to then
Let me know if you try their new and updated products!
Dan C,
Since your video on Castor Oil, I have been using a brand named Jamaican. My oil is Mango & Lime Black Castor oil. Since I have been using it ,it softens my beard great.
I highly recommend that you try it if you haven't. My beard is gray but has the look of thickness that I see in yours.
Let me know what you think.
Glad to hear it!
Great video and congrats Dan on the affiliation 👏.
Thank you Thomas!
Congrats on the new affiliation Dan! 😎🙏🏻
Thanks!!
(I really want to love it)
The soap was great.
Fantastic comment, thank you for taking the time Micah!
Love 4 vices!!!!! Still a good company Thanks Dan!!!
Congratulations!!! Oops was thumbing up before the end!😂
Thanks Jason!
Hey Dan! Thanks for your videos been watching for a while and just subscribed. Keep up the good work on the vids.
Thank you so much Landon!
I appreciate good packaging and artwork. It helps to impress the wife! If I'm spending a ton on beard items and they have a generic look, she'll give me the side-eye lol.
Good call on the wife side of things!
Congratulations bro on getting to be an affiliate on a brand that you truely love, Ill definitely have to give beard brand a try at some point and get some sent over to Australia haha
Thanks!
Great products for sure! I can certainly tell the difference when I put BB oil in my beard, it makes my beard happy! Temple Smoke 💨!!
Awesome to hear Eric!
Love this oil and the Old Money scent. Wash is good, also not a huge fan of the softener.
Thanks Brian!
Thank you Gary for the great comment!
Congrats to Dan and to Beardbrand. A solid Win for both. 🤘
Thank you Derek!
Eric was one of my inspirations to grow a long beard along with The Beard Baron John Diehl. Great products Eric and thanks Dan for the video.
Thanks Paul!
Beardbrand is really good. Temple Smoke all time favorite, even now after trying many different companies. I also like Four Vices and Tree Ranger. Still want to try Tea Tree at some point too. Beard wash from Target is great too as it lathers really well and is cleansing without stripping.
Awesome, thank you Katz!
Thank you Leo!
Would love to try Breardbrand but they don’t ship to the UK at present!
Sounds like they are working on bringing it back!
The Beardbrand eco system is genius. There is nothing like a good shower with Beardbrand products. Jump out. Some beard oil…nothing like it….Haven’t tried Old Money but Temple Smoke is amazing. Just makes ya feel good.
Thanks Brandon!
Nice review! Great company! They’ve just made some huge changes which warrants a 2.0 version of this video.
Agreed! I will have a follow up email
Without watching Beard Brand videos I wouldn't have come across Dan C
Oh wow, that is really cool!
Their prices are high and I'm not overly fond of Gold line, but I will say this: their customer service is fantastic and they will take care of you if you have issue, their product is super high quality as well.
Thanks for the feedback Kevin!
There's so many small batch companies nowadays I don't know if I'll ever try BeardBrand.
That is a great problem to have! lol competition is fantastic for consumers
Great perspective!
I'm genuinely interested in this review. I watch their haircut vids as background noise when I go to bed at night
I've never purchased because of the price. You having a link is a game changers tho. I support to cause.
Thank you sir!
Never had beard brand but wanted to try just haven’t yet been stuck with beard octane
Variety is the spice of life!

If you still have them give them another try and let us know!
Thanks Victor!
Thank you Mark!
Thanks for the comment Robert!
Stone Mason was awesome I wish I could get more of that
Temple Smoke might be the best beard oil scent ever.
Oh dang, big statement!
♉️ gang here too! I’m May 15, my wife is May 13.
Getting close!!
Hey Dan C, weird question but do you have any of the old money oil older model bottles? I loved those bottles so much. Thanks!
I do not. They should be expired by now though
Only thing I have used is the mustache wax
That is one of the few things from them that I have not tried
I liked temple smoke & spiced citrus oil, but would like for it to last a few hours longer…blank slate unscented white line Target brand is pretty good…as always, Great video 👍🏼
Thanks Dereck! I have never actually their their unscented
I wish they would deliver to Germany again
I think it’s coming soon!
Thanks for the feedback!
I bought the target brand it seems ok. It was 12 bucks so i thought i would try it and not bad. Am a live bearded brand guy. But i am gonna try Bread octane
Keep me posted if you try beard octane, fantastic stuff!
Just got my first shipment of the old money line. For the wash, how long does that tiny bottle last? I'm assuming its concentrated
Not concentrated (use it straight up, don't add water). How long it last depends on so much. How much your use, how often you use it. I am not sure how to give a relevant answer there
@@DanCBearded so for your beard, when you used it, did you put a quarter size in your palm or like more than that?
@@TheFartanSpartan That's pretty much exactly it, yup! I use so many different washes though so it is impossible for me to say how long that will last
@@DanCBearded ah gotcha, thanks so much for the info, man
Been waiting on your opinion on beardbrand .. must have missed your prior review. I actually assumed you didn’t like them . I’m a fan of their products myself . Old money is probably my favorite but enjoy the whole gold long
Thanks Matt! I have never been one to cast shade at those that are big or successful, even though I know that is a natural human trait
I've never herd any comments about their styling balm. I'm guess by the list of ingredients, a lot of which are synthetic you might not be a fan. Just curious of your opinion. Thanks
It has been probably 3 years since I have even looked. I really don’t know on that one!

In terms of expiration they are almost exactly the same. For your planning it just comes down to which one you use more
@@DanCBearded Thank you so much for the answer!👍
I need to find a brand that uses restrictor caps. All I've found are droppers, pumps or sprays.

I'll definitely get some oil next time I get paid.
I tried to find these caps, by themselves, on Amazon and no luck so far.
