Such a nice piece. Alot of parallels here with Uganda & possibly other African countries where despite huge agricultural opportunity [with better earning potential] in the rural areas, especially on hereditary land, youth prefer to go to the urban areas supposing riches.
I think it is a very important discussion as currently here in Africa most of the younger generation perceive agriculture as the way to remind in poverty if this perception can be changed then we will see significant boost in agricultural production of food and all the other derivatives
