My mother passed away 2 weeks ago.. it’s been a roller coaster time ever since. Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers! Also sending love to mothers, who lost their children, to those who never had a mother, to those who are far away from their mother, to those who trying to have children, but struggling , to mothers who adopt children, to mothers who had miscarriages. 🤍
Sending love to you. I expect never to be able to be a mother myself. My brother and his daughter live far away. My Dad had urgent, unexpected, major heart surgery a couple of weeks ago. As scared as I was to lose my Dad, I was scared for my Mum to lose him. They’ve been together since young teenagers. I shared her bed for the first time since I was a kid to keep her company while he was in hospital. I’m deeply sorry for your loss and to everyone who has lost a mother or child, the hope of a child, or is separated from them ❤

Sometimes, being recognised in our challenges and recieving a big warm hug is more than enough... sometimes, a shoulder to cry on and a loving hand holding your own is worth more than any other gift! Sometimes, someone to take the bourdain of one little chore, is worth more than any night out. We often think we should spend a lot of money or come up with the wildest stuff, when sometimes, trupe, tangible presence is all we need to gift! I wish there were ASMR videos that just had soothing talking, just like Maria does, but no tapping, crinkling, scraping , zipping or other jarring sounds. Those always wake me up just when I’m dropping off to sleep - why is it so hard to find just talking without making other kinds of noise? I adore how you ended the video with the hand movements. You allowed us to go slowly which was nice. My only note, and it’s just a personal preference, is that the background is so white it’s hard to watch this at night even with screen brightness turned down. Darker backgrounds with warmer lighting is just easier to look at before going to bed. But i understand how this setting worked for the video. You’ve helped me get through insomnia and very anxious times. Thank you Maria!❤
