I just got some very fresh fennel and was wondering how to use the fronds. I'm going to try the spread and the patties. Thank you!

Beautiful kitchen 😍 I was told I could marinate this with chicken and grill it. Do you think it would work best marinating it with oil or Greek yogurt?

I was trying to say my mouth is watering already....
I have kilos of wild fennel growing around.
Nee er tried it 😢 cause for example those leaces just look like needles to me, i keeo thinking its gonna hurt me......does it lose that needle feel in gogurt for example?
Obviously must 😬 but tell me you thoughts on the needle thing.
    Thanks

    Where did you find them?

I have them in the garden, but depending where in the world you live, you might find them on the edge of forests or wild meadows. (Check you’re allowed to forage before taking from nature, not worth getting in trouble with the law)
