  • Two years ago I invented the May Makeover. It was in 4 parts:
    1. Cut down on sugar (with the best ever sugar free chocolate dessert)
    2. Say no to second helpings
    3. Take a walk (and then make ice cream)
    4. Get more sleep
    Coming up now is the first one, encouraging you to cut down on sweet things, without compromising on taste.
