2 cups besan (gram flour)
Water as needed
Pinch of yellow food colour
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
For the syrup:
2 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup water
Few cardamom pods
Ingrédients:
2 tasses de besan (farine de gramme)
De l'eau au besoin
Pincée de colorant alimentaire jaune
1 cuillère à café de cardamome en poudre
Pour le sirop:
2 1/2 tasse de sucre cristallisé
1 1/2 tasse d'eau
Quelques gousses de cardamome
