The Narrator being Stanley's shadow is just GREAT. The mouth on the side of the face, the glasses being the "eyes", the arms appearing just when he wants them to. I can't get over this design.
He looks a lot like my original design for the Narrator, but I scrapped it because I couldn't make it work. It just ended up looking like Slenderman. But this is PERFECT

For some reason the image of the narrator being Stanley's literal shadow fits perfectly. I'm surprised I didn't think of this sooner. I marvel at your skills and creativity to bring this scene to life.
(Halfway through typing this I started imagining the narrator saying it which is why it got more wordy at the end, lol)

I legit love this idea of the narrator being visually represented by a shadow. If I ever plan on animating a scene from this game, I’ll take this concept into consideration (I’ve been wanting a reason to animate a shadow recently. It’d be so much more enjoyable to not have to focus on tiny details and just make a silly silhouette).
Even though I have a soft spot for the computer-headed Narrator implied in canon, the idea of the Narrator being Stanley's shadow is absolutely brilliant and I adore his design!
