- My third hidden Florida Cave expedition ALL ALONE at Orange Wildlife Management Area in the Withalacoochee Forest. My dangerous and lengthy hike to find JEEP CAVE. I hope you enjoy my journey to this hidden florida cave in the middle of the forest. There is much ahead, much below, and much to talk about!
#cave #dangerous #explore
Thank you for being awesome!
Tampa Jay you are never alone. You have God and your dad watching over you
And you have Cris, your family and friends always. We all go through life being prepared for harder things to come..
I lost my son from cancer 9 days before his 51st birthday.(which was 6 years ago yesterday).
We love you Tampa Jay. Thanks for all you do. I would go with you. Cave exploring would be so much fun. Stay safe
Hey Jay be careful caving alone. We need you for many more haunts. Take a friend and some rope next time. (Army Green Beret Vet) Thanks for sharing your life and loss. We lost a couple parents and it's difficult. There is away a way up and a path of hope. We love you and Cris channels!! Take care.
Look here brother...I was doing fine, minding my business and watching your video and then you went and made me get emotional and drop a few tears.
I lost my dad like 2 months after yours, same year and it rocked me. (I mentioned it before) Out of a few things helped me cope...one of them was your videos. I went back from the beginning and binged your entire UA-cam (for a second time). It kept me grounded.
Don't stop making videos dude, you have no idea the impact you have on people.
Sorry for another roller coaster brother haha Ha I’m happy you enjoyed my trek . You are an awesome man and I appreciate you! I always look forward to your comments my friend. They are the best ! Thank you for being so awesome to me! Much ahead dude!
@@TampaJay I needed that cry. You almost went there too. Crying is like taking your soul to the laundromat.
My dad passed away at 62 I felt every word you said. 😢 God bless you and Cris and your life together much ahead.
Thank you and sorry for your loss too Tim ! Much ahead buddy
Thanks, Tampa jay, for letting me tag along on your cave adventure. I'm surprised that you didn't cross paths with Florida Trailblazer. Withlacoochee State Forest Citrus Tract is one of his favorite places to hike. He just put out a video he was in the Annuttaliga Tract this time, but he goes to those caves sometime.
I’ve actually ran into florida trailblazer before while on a hike in Goethe forest. Very nice a cool dude
Jay I had tears hearing you talk about your dad so sorry for your loss he'd be so proud of you and happy that you found a beautiful amazing sweet girl like Cris send you and Cris all my love stay strong and stay safe 💙
Tampa Jay- I totally felt your love, pain and admiration you expressed for your Dad. I lost my Mom 42 yrs ago when I was 22. It’s amazing how much I learned from her in those first 22 years (responsibility, honesty, independence, caring, importance of family, etc). You’re right- I was being prepared to handle those hard times ahead. I grew up quickly. In 2016, my 93 yr old extremely healthy independent living Dad was hit by a car while crossing a street to go to a bakery to buy treats for his granddaughters- he never made it to their house that Sunday morning. 3 months later I lost my husband after an 11 month sudden illness. Then I lost a brother 2 yrs ago. Everyone turned to me to help with their final arrangements etc because they said I would be the one that they would want in charge. I handled it all, as difficult as it was. I was glad to do it. I pray my 4 angels have my back and will see me through any difficult times I may face personally. Our loved ones are with us 🙏🏻 You are a wonderful young man- I feel you are making your Dad proud by sharing your stories and keeping his memory alive!
You are awesome thank you so much for sharing and I am so sorry for your loss too! Much appreciate you much, I had my friend. Take care and smile. :)
I'm an older guy now but every word of this rings true...im also a fellow Floridian. Lost my dad when I was 9...he was only 47 years old. Thanks for all the great videos and taking us along with you!
Cool stuff Bud! Hidden treasure in hidden place. Much ahead always🙏🏻
As Florida native, I appreciate this. You take me places I would never go. I am at least 4th generation Floridian too. I’m not a good native girl! I hibernate in St. Petersburg.
By the way, as someone who lost their dad much to early, another Florida boy, I totally understand. 2001 was a bad year for so many reasons…
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Thank you my friend. Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Thank you Jay this was beautiful! But as a mother and a grandmother... Please be careful when exploring alone! Always tell Cris where you're going exactly, okay? Your father is with all of you always and I'm positive he's proud of you. Take care.
She always knows where I’m at. Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Wanted to add a serious comment about your courage to add your story about your dad - means a lot, all wise words, appreciate your insight and much love. Your content goes deeper than just what meets the eye & that is a great aspect to have as a content creator! 👏❤️👏
Jay scared me I thought you were going to climb down that first hole! I was so relieved when you found the other one that was a beautiful cave definitely worth the hike! I'm sad about your father you're a good son I know he's proud of you!
That hole looked sketchy would have had to go head first ha Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Thank you for so many kind and motivating words during many difficult times😢...lost my dad(65) very suddenly 3 years ago and I understand your hurt and pain everyday.❤ your positive mindset is so inspiring!!!
I am sorry for your loss too my friend. Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Beautiful scenery and a great hike. Thanks for taking us along Jay. Also thanks for that talk down in the cave, I appreciated it as well as I appreciate you. Much love.
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
When you talked about your dad I felt that. I lost my dad 22 years ago when I was just a kid. I've missed him everyday since. Great video, I'm too claustrophobic for that.
🤗 it’s tough. My condolences and warm happy thoughts for you and your Dad !
I am really glad I watched this video. Those words you spoke Jay made me tear up. Your exactly right. The only way you can climb is up. I lost my mom 10 yrs ago. It was unexpected. I was devastated. But I realized the only way to fight the sadness I felt. Was to climb up from the bottom. Thank you so much for those encouraging words. 😊😊
Oh my goodness You scare me! Your poor mom! Be careful and always let people know where you explore. Sorry it's the mom in me. Be safe!
I always let someone know where I’m at. I appreciate and thank you for your concern. Thank you for watching
Thanks Tampa Jay great video I too lost my Dad at 17 it changed my life but I became a better man and he is always with me guiding me thru life look forward to both you and Cris the Girls future adventure Thanks again.
Look at you pulling on our heart strings. Thank you for sharing so much. It reminds us of Plato's Allegory of the Cave. Be safe exploring those by yourself. Next time we find ourselves in Florida I, Joe, would love you explore them with you.
Being out in nature is very calming to the mind. Nice place for sure.
So blessed to have found your channel, your love for adventure and kind encouraging words really mean alot! So sorry about your Dad , it hurts, like you say! Much ahead and I take that to heart 💕thank you so much 🙏
Appreciate you! :) Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Amazing content..I sent your link to my cousin in Alabama he has been exploring caves all his life..his longest trip was 7 miles down and 3 days in and another 3 coming out..he was with a group of elite explorers and even had a paramedic along..I am not one to go underground but know from his vast experience to use extreme caution and always have a buddy along. You are quite the adventurous one but truly appreciate you sharing the real Florida that very few see. Stay safe my friend thanks again for all you do. Amazing testimony and tribute to your dad I know he watches over you and you make him proud 😇😎🇺🇸👍
Probably one of ypur top 5 vids. Great on several levels. ...Jim

I’m so sorry about your mom dude. That’s unfortunate. I will be praying for her and you ! I see you and I feel you. Stay strong my friend much ahead.! so glad you caught the video. Thank you so much for watching.!
Wow jay. You are absolutely right everything happens for a reason and it’s hard but we keep going brother. I lost my dad in 2013 and it’s still hard 10 years later.Your dad is in a better place free from pain and hardship. We do have the promise to see them again. Jay there is much ahead for you!!! Keep your head up and in the immortal words of billy Madison you get off your a$& and find the f@&$?ng dog!!!! Thank you for your honesty and just being a genuine person. If you’re ever back up here in the panhandle hit me up there are a lot of trails etc up here. Also I live 3 miles from creature from black lagoon filming location.
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Do you have a way I could contact you maybe private message on Facebook or an email?
I’m so sorry. I feel your pain and I have a feeling you’ve gone through a similar struggle and I have with my father. Always find someone to express your feelings to. This is pain you should never bottle up. Nothing has been more healing than talking to someone that is understanding and patient. I don’t know you but I can tell you have real sincerity and kindness about you. Stay shiny, my friend ☀️
I love you!!❤
I love you too !
I love the video man.I used to live in Florida.I'll be moving back soon towards the panhandle. And I can't wait to do some exploring
Sending You Lots of Love and Light, Tampa Jay. Keep up the great videos. Losing a parent is the hardest thing ever (I lost my Mom 2 years ago), still something I am dealing with and thank you so much for sharing your story.

Another awesome video. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Heartfelt moments ❤️
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Jay, you should always hike in pairs and you should always climb down in holes in pairs. Stay safe my friend, we wouldn't want to lose you!
Appreciate the concern, the advice and thank you for watching, Joanne :)
Very cool exploring that area of FL. Definitely old Florida.
Getting out in the wilderness the quiet etc is refreshing.
It’s the best and most real part of florida for me. Thank you !
@@TampaJay I agree. You're very welcome.
Very cool, thanks for showing us this.
Nice video. Did not know that Florida has caves. That cave would be good for ghost stories. Hello to CristheGirl and know your Dad is always with you .
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Take care out there thanks !
I lost my own father to a disease (ALS) when he was 61. That will be 30 years ago next month. I know what it feels like to lose a father too soon.
I grew up in FL (St. Petersburg). I can imagine the heat as I’m watching this video!
Great video Tampa Jay. Thanks for sharing and thanks for your heartfelt words. God bless you brother. You are an encourager. Hey I'm going to be visiting the Tampa area soon . I would love to go back with you and explore that other hole. Just let me know. We can make a plan. We can take my jeep so we won't have to walk..
Jay, Another awesome video my friend and I must say you are a brave man venturing down into that cave alone. I don't think i would have gone down in there even with somebody. And yes there is something creepy yet peaceful about being alone in the woods with nature. Thank you again for the time and effort you put into this channel. I like many many others enjoy it. Stay safe out there.
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Love your content, what ever you do, I to often go for an explore walking out in the countryside near me, all the best to you and Cris The Girl and your families and as you say “There’s much ahead.” 👍🏻😊
You’re awesome! Thank you for being so awesome to me!
That was awesome place thanks I enjoyed watching
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Needed this kick today!! Thank you and Cris for what you do!
Glad to hear thanks for watching
I can't do caves bro. We went to Ruby Falls a few years ago and when we got down to the bottom in the elevator and we walked around the the waiting area while the tour guide went back up and got more people, that low ceiling and my mind began racing and I started feeling claustrophobic and I ran around the the tour guide before she got on the elevator and I told her I couldn't stay down there. She was trained very well to get people out that begin to feel claustrophobic and help them to not panic. That was the longest 200 feet on that elevator that I have ever been on. When I got back up to the surface and walked of that elevator, a sense of relief came over me and I felt safe again. My hat's off to you Jay for going down in those caves. Cheers to you for doing it. I can't, I just can't.
Ruby falls is trippy. Glad you made it out. Thank you for being so awesome to me!
@@TampaJay Thank you my friend. Yeah I was feeling something down in Ruby Falls that I have never felt before and I knew I had to get back up to the top. WHEW! LOL!
This was an awesome video!! Thank you for sharing !
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Hey, Jay; Watch Yer Step(s) 😎✌️
A great adventure in nature. What could be better. I go for walks up a mountain near me on my own and I like to meditate surrounded by trees where it is completely still and quiet and I can connect with my true essence or soul. Nothing can make you feel more alive or at peace than nature and it is here where you can become one with "everything". I'm sure your dad was with you today because you felt the urge to talk about him and his presence moved you. We are all conscious beings having a human experience. Nobody ever dies, we live on.
This video got me. Found a lot of similarities to my experiences past and present. Thank you for sharing dude
Thank you for being so awesome to me dude!
Love driving around there i definitely want to go see the cave out there.
Wow that got deep.sorry for your loss it's very difficult loosing a love one.stay strong and carry on.
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Thank you! Reminds me of when I was younger and lived just North of there. Now in Tampa area. Great video as always
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Stay strong my friend 😢
Thank you
Love ya brotha!
'Woodward Cave' in Pennsylvania is a worth a journey. Near the 'X-Games Camp'...
Thanks for the heads up sounds awesome
👍 Kentucky is loaded with caves...
Happy Splunking 🔦
awesome
Wow cool. I live five minutes away from there. Wish I knew. I would have gotten you there quicker bud. Nice video. Your brave. ❤
Thanks buddy cool you live close to the caves
@@TampaJay yeah brother five minutes or less from where you parked your car. If you ever want to do a video on the caves or horses or that area I would love to meet up and do whatever you feel comfortable with time permitting. I get it trust me we have crazy schedules between working and shoot videos for our separate channels. Im genuine when I say I just want to be a supportive friend. You should have my number. If not you know where to fine me my friend. Thanks Don.
This had my heart beating fast. Fear of falling in me. I am hlad you made it out safe. I am still so sorry about your Dad. I know it's private but did he have a disease that maybe can bring enlightenment or awareness to others? I have an auto immune disease that I live and deal with. Let's get you to 100k so you can afford a better vehicle, wedding and a couch, lol Much ahead. You and Cris are such genuine people. We love watching your adventures.
You’re awesome Noelle. Keep on fighting and keep on being awesome and Thank you for always being so awesome to me! Much ahead my friend
Jay, no no no no, omg😮
Nice explore TJ 👍
If you come back out this way, there's another cave near Dames Cave called Danger Cave. It's not on the map. If you head east on the main trail from Dames Cave, you'll find the cave (on your right) about .2 miles east of Dames Cave.
Thanks for the info man’ I’ll have to check it out sounds Danger* ours ha
Please tell me you & Cris have watched Hellier (on Amazon or YT)??? It’s riveting & so well done…Greg & Dana Newkirk & team are amazing - and I don’t care if they are chasing an urban legend, made up story, embellished folk lore or what - it was fascinating! Be careful out there Jay - between animals, creepy-crawleys, or the unknown - stay safe man!!! 😬👏☠️🤗
Awesome video Jay. Thank you for sharing your memories with us. And know that your dad is always with you.
God bless ❤🙏❤️
Safe travels 🙌
You’re awesome
Kim! Thank you for being so awesome to me!
@@TampaJay you're always very welcome. Both you and Cris are so appreciative that I enjoy ya'll. 😉
Love you like a friend, TJ! You’re channel is perfect. My mom passed this morning in her sleep. Watching this video is a great & welcome distraction. 👍💜 Perhaps yours could be the first wedding in keep cave? 🤔🥂 Unless u just want this to be the man cave 😂 Much love all well wishes on your journey of life. You are a very insightful human. Thank u
I am so sorry for your loss my friend my condolences and hugs. She will forevermore be with you. Inside you and all around you.
A wedding in a cave would be awesome!
Thank you for being so awesome to me! I appreciate you!
@@TampaJay you help more people than you likely know as well as in amounts more than you know. Thanks for putting yourself out there. Can’t wait for haunt season and all videos you & Cris put out! 💜🎃
Super Cool TJ. Ya know, if ya head back to STL Mo. Take a trip to Stanton MO. Probably a little over an hour from StL. They have the Meramec Caverns. You'd like it. They had some movies shot there including Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn
I’ve always wanted to check Meramec out that would be cool thanks Mike
@TampaJay I lived less than 15 minutes away from it. You cold also drive probably another 2 hours or less and check out the Uranus fudge factor. It's a great little pit stop. Great fudge, and a lot of cool things there. And when ya buy something at their store, they always say " Thanks for picking Uranus" lol
That place would make a show in itself.
I love exploring Florida but it’s so dang hot right now! I mean it’s not as hot as last couple weeks, but still. I’d guess it’s limestone, just because Florida is mostly limestone. Cool Florida spot, love camping and hiking Withlacoochie area. I’m actually amazed I hadn’t heard of Jeep Cave! Looking forward to cooler weather and more outdoor exploring.
It’s so hot! Thank you for being so awesome to me, Kerri!
And Believe me your Dad is watching over you Bless him ... He did good ❤
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
You’re a real Cave man
“So condescending”
Be safe out ther
HEY,... TAMPA JAY,... WOW, Holly Crappie That was A pretty long walk to get To that cave system and I'll give you lots of credit for having so much strength In talking about Your Dad's Death
and that cave Is Such an awesome place
And Must be a 5 or 10 Degree Difference
In Temperature and there's
So many caves And all are in natural Cave Systems In That area and you should be careful
Out In places like
That you should at least have bear spray or mace to protect yourself with well ok take care stay safe and will see you on the next video
Thank you for being so awesome to me!
Jeeps are fun and useful deering a hurricane having a 4x4 handy
Not sure if you been to Williston Fl but there is a Devils Den that I hear is a nice swimming pool and a good place for diving
Devils Den is a bucket list for me! Much ahead
Great video! I live in ur former state indiana. Have u been in any of the show caves in southern part of state ?
Once when I was a kid near kentucky! I don’t remember the name, but I think it was right off of I 65. Need to find where that is.
YOUR LOCO, LOL BRAVE SOUL
that was absolutely horrifying ---you should always travel with a live buddy !!!! What if there had been dangerous snakes or something down there ---Chris would be devastated if something happened to you --please be more careful and take a buddy with you next time !!!!
I’ll do me. Appreciate the concern tho.
kinda disappointed with this cave, i myself would not have walked 3 miles out to "THE BATCAVES BROOM CLOSET", but the hike looked fun, the other caves were cool to see to, and still the loss of your dad was a shock to all of us, one moment your life is fine, the next you don't know which end is up, but you yourself are winning everyday when you look in the much ahead, an not behind.
i feel for you dude, i've had family depart this world for the next, because of a faceless cowardly disease. what don't kill you, makes you stronger
Thank you Tom. 🤗
@@TampaJay pleasure bro👌
If I was ten years younger I would like to take a tour of those caves, but my health won't allow me to explore. Have a good time and be safe. 😙😙😙😗😗😗😗😗😗😗😗😗😗😗😗😗😗
I love exploring abandoned places around Florida. I live in Hernando county it would be cool to check a place out together!

The rattlesnakes of brown county that’s a story I need to tell someday
Maxsmith said hi to you TJ
lol hello doll pictures
Watch out for manbearpig.
Did anyone else notice what looked like a deer maybe, at 10:05, on the right of the trail, running to the right out of frame?
TJ. How will we be able to find you.
BUDDY!! This made me nervous for you. I assume you have a gun and that you do have someone with you. Please be careful!!!
I appreciate the concern
Adventureland IRL
It’s been awhile
Hey bud!
6:30 they are edible
You might end up being a Preacher yet
Would be cool with a bike
Tons of bike trails out there
Bee would love that my 2016 jeep renegade trailhawk but she;s a lady unless my brother took off road
and yes bright freaking yellow
if yer familar with newer jeeps shes about the size of the liberty
and being a trail hawk all you do is turn the dial to sand and off she goes
