For Halloween costume quality, I'm sure it's great. From a cosplayer's perspective though, we tend to have much higher standards. :) I don't personally like how shinny it is, but then I'm not much of a fan of really shiny fabrics in general. (glitter, though, is great)
Because (outside of cosplay and historical re-enactors) pretty much no one makes Halloween costumes so why not capitalize on it? I'm always hyped for Nov. 1 when I raid the store for all their dirt cheap goods
That wig looks like it got caught between the 80's and the really girly sports player character in cheesesy movies. I also appreciate the appearance of Jack-o-lantern corgi in the background.
This dress is perfect if you ever do a “Disney characters as ____” cosplay group. Warrior Meg? Slap some armor on it! Zombie Meg? Tear it up and cover it in blood! TONS of potential for the dress when you wouldn’t want to ruin your actual cosplay!!
Honestly if you hack up the dress you could add parts of it to your existing cosplay, it's not bad at all! (Once its ironed out rofl) the wig is shiny af though and cannot be saved LOL
When I saw how thick the package from the dress was, i actually had a lotta hope. Its at least twice as thick as the regular halloween costume. In comparison, that wig packaging... oh, honey no

You should definitely keep the dress for this costume as for the wig I guess that’s why were told not to buy Halloween wigs for cosplay because they just look so bad. Post video I can hear the manufacture pointing out that they used a professional model and crew of styles to get the final images. Thus home use of the product may not be a proper reproduction.

Why do Halloween costumes never look like real clothes? Like you buy a Halloween costume that includes a Letterman jacket from a sports movie and it's like made out of foam. Like a lot of costumes contain real clothes and the halloween costumes never look like real clothes.
