Chieftaincy act is basically custom n tradition of a group of people( ethnic group) but not primus inter pares.Per asantes custom n tradition, Asantehene has the power to destool and enstool paramount chiefs.He has enstooled kumawu, Esumanya, power to disqualify kk sarpong of offinso.
