What kind AI is Rebecca? humanity seems to have many different kind of AI's for different purposes. What is ONI? Intelligence & Research Group if not mistaken. Timeline is right after incident of Combat Evolved? What did happen to Dr. John Smith after all? Which one survived at the end? Henry or Lopez. Commander surely launched SHIVA missile in the end? Can Gravemind control speed of infection? Or how the infection mutates? It evolves so maybe not yet, but maybe one day. And there are several different graveminds?
