Absolutely fantastic tutorial. This is literally my first time sewing and I was able to print the template, gather the materials (plus a sewing machine), and follow along.

thanks for the tutorial, bought the pattern and you saved me a lot of time patterning out a bag myself. It isn't clear in the video or the tutorial about seam allowances so just had to sort of guess, which is fine since i'm using recycled materials anyway so nothing is exact. just something to keep in mind. This pattern is great for the basic shapes and steps, easy to make your own additions like pockets or change up the straps.

You might want to correct the info on your website. It states that patterns are set for "(US) legal paper 8.5 x 11" which is not correct. In the US Letter paper is 8.5 x 11; Legal paper is 8.5 x 14.

How are y’all following the pattern instruction for assembly. (I didn’t see instructions in the download) I’m a newbie to sewing excited to create this bag.
I believe you are just meant to follow the video. You’re right. No instructions in the download. Only templates for cutting.

Should i print the file on a3 paper or a4 ?
You can print on any size printer. All of the patterns are designed to print on standard household printers. Just make sure you are printing at 100% scale or “actual size” :)

This video is helpful but it could be a little more difficult if your fabric design is not two-sided.
The zippers on the pattern will not work for the pattern. Please update your pattern with correct zipper information.

I really liked your video and explanation! But I admit, I had to mute it partway through when I realized that yes, it is in fact using Pogo music.
That ended up being a big turnoff on an otherwise great video because of how hard his homophobic and misogynist views go. Just sharing here in the event that you were unaware of that info about him.
