    What an eye opener, didn't know that Bank Negara has a gallery and museum. 👍👍👍

      there's also a museum shop.... first time filming in months that I rolled down on the floor laughing (at the very end of the video.. have to retake that because as governor cannot ask people to use pig fat as oil 🤣)
      Very good place to bring kids to Bank Negara.. they can learn a lot from a visit.. very educational place to go.

      My first time rolled on the floor laughing while filming when Ah Fatt says use pig fat to make oil as bank’s Governor!!! 🤣… watch until the end.. the end of the end of this video!

      Absolutely! We always look for foreign countries to visit when we have so many undiscovered and interesting places here at our own backyard.
      A lot of people didn’t know that Bank Negara has a museum and and a gallery.. they thought it’s just like a normal bank…
      Thanks for watching.. appreciate it 🙏

    Aiyoh! All my favourite food haunts of old KL….brings back fond memories and I can imagine the tastes. The raw fish slice porridge with crispy intestines, the chee cheong fun with red sauce, the ngap keok pao, Ampang yong tau foo, miss all of these. I only managed to eat the ngap keok pao in Aug 2018 when I visited. I could not eat it in 2014 because the maker was on holiday. Uncle Lee you like yong fu kwa and ngai kwa, I like the same too! Yummmy!!!! 😋 My late father had a pet shop on Sultan St opp the Petaling St Chinatown entrance. I spent much of my childhood hanging around there.

      They do bring back fond memories for me too.. I occasionally hang out around there during childhood too and I do remember that there were a couple of pet shops in Chinatown in the good old days.

    • @Jinjinwellingtonnz
      @Jinjinwellingtonnz Рік тому

      @@UncleLeeAdventures yes there were 2 pet shops on Sultan St. One near the chinese funeral home, and one near the chinatown entrance (my dad and his brother owned this one). My dad used to order delicious kaya toast with a thick slice of butter for me from Lok Onn coffeeshop at the corner. Further up Sultan St towards High St there was a shop that sold egg tarts, egg tan kou, hup tao soh, sart keh mah, etc

    Wahhh... I love Bank Negara ( those RM only..😊). So interesting place to visit, one of this day I will go to Bank Negara, thank you for the info. Nowaday Yeong Tau Foo not very tasty, cut cost. The old tradition style is, the fish paste added salty fish, taste so good. In Ampang is well known Yeong Tau Foo.

    • @UncleLeeAdventures
      @UncleLeeAdventures  Рік тому +1

      😂 I also ❤️ those RM.. 🤣 and yes, if they put a bit more salted fish into the paste, it will be so much better.. but these days, even salted fish also cost a lot!
