Can we on the car and Use AC while charging the vehicle. Actually need to know whether we can take rest inside the car with AC on while it's charging.

The car should be locked for it to start charging. You can always unlock get in and lock it, charging will restart. Playing video work only when in park mode so start the car, use a/c watch video. As you charge the battery it is also getting drained. Don't we use phone while changing !!.

If a generator can provide 10 amps then, it's possible. Large 3kva generators will work. I have charged it using solar inverters 2.5 kwh ,10smps, no problem.
