Glad your making progress J-Bud. My father is a builder and he noticed that the back wall of your house will have issues later if you leave it for soil to rest on it. That wall will alway be wet and mould and moisture will be your future problems. He said you should dig it back just like you did to socks house when you started building yours, leaving a space between your house and the soil. He suggested building a retaining wall which will mean you will have to dig out more dirt from behind your house leaving a space between house and build a wall to hold back the soil. And maybe you can use that space for something but you won’t have a wet house in the future. He said it’s only a suggestion and glad you’re making progress blessings.

Yes it's going to sweat and mold and mildew affect both them and the stuff inside. Should get a huge plastic and cover the entire back wall and pour concrete down to fill it to the top, would take a lot but that's what split level buildings can do.
