Losing someone is... a shared burden.
We all lose someone.
It is not a matter of "if", but of "when". And, more importantly, of "how we react to that".
We can be tough, really tough. We can be able to create wonderful things, to deal with huge disasters. But then something happens, and everything crumbles. Our world shrinks. Our sorrow and pain is all.
Kena lost someone, too: I have some ideas about whom, about her arm.
The point is another: losing someone, even if it does not wreck you, leaves scars
