Todays video i have tons of cleaning motivation for you, we are cleaning my messy home downstairs, putting everything back together, cooking a healthy meal and decorating my home for autumn 2023 😍

• CLEANING

Red lentil curry Recipe
Ingredients
•3cups butternut squash (cut into 1” chunks)
•200g split red lentils
•100g springgreens sliced
•1 leek sliced thinly
• 800ml coconut milk
•1 large onion (thinly sliced)
•4garlic cloves minced
• fresh ginger 2” square peice minced
•(the spice mix)
1tbsp paprika
1tbsp ground coriander
1tsp ground cumin
2tbsp curry powder
1tsp salt
1tsp ground black pepper
1tsp cinnamon
2tbsp brown sugar
1tbsp chipotle powder/paste
1tsp mild chilli powder
2tbsp garlic powder
Method
-fry the onion until soft and brown
-add butternut squash chunks fry for 3mins
-add 3tbs of coconut milk, salt pepper and the garlic and ginger, mix well.
-add the lentils stir in well, add the rest of the spices, mix well 2mins
-add rest of coconut milk. Add enough water to make sure everything is covered.
- stir in spring greens & a handful of leeks put the lid on the pot and cook for 5min.
(Keep tasting and add what you think It needs just season to taste, if its too spicy add sweet, try and balance the sweet, salty and spicy mix..
When the lentils are tender and squash is soft, serve the curry with naan and rice and a wedge of lime. I tooped my curry with double cream amd apme fresh corriamder 👌
I cooked my rice with the rest of the leeks and seasoning it was delicious 😋
