Just rewatched. What an 80's gem!
9:31 - That clip of Leonardo DiCaprio being pulled away from someone younger and being called a pervert just gets better with age.
I remember renting Aliens, and my father turned the box around to show Ellen in the power loader face to face with the alien queen....and asked, "are you sure you want to see this?"....I had nightmares about chestbursters for years, but that is hands down my favorite movie of all time. Thank you Blockbuster. I saw Critters at a friend's house soon after and it became a close second. Then I saw Tremors (based on VHS box art)...The best three sci-fi movies ever.
This channel/show never disappoints! I love hearing their ideas for spin offs
I Can't wait for Deadpool 2 and Solo a star wars story review, so I can have an opinion on them.
I hope they hate -improvised?- time travel like me, but I want to decide if I hate or not.
I am willing to trust guys who made a living making a movies about their well researched criticism's of said movies.
Angie Idol Yeah.. There's something about building an opinion, it's fun.
I know I won’t like both but waiting to hear why
so the boring ass trailer, the fact its an uninspired prequel, the fact that SW died 30 years ago, the track record of the last 15 SW projects... all that doesn't convince you that critters 5 is a better project than solo?
Did anyone watch "Critters: Bounty Hunter - Fan Film (HD)"? Fan made but surprisingly high production value :-)
10:48 I love how Grimes gets top billing over Leo
Never wanted an RLM project to go forward as badly as I want to see Critters 5: Critters Bite Back (TM)
This was just made so Michael can talk about Neelix.
Critters 2 is close to my heart because of roxanne kernohan. Saw that movie first in my early teens so her appearance was quite impressive
Yes i saw Critters 2 in theaters when i was 6 in St Louis a month before monving to Omaha as i liked the first movie and i remembered when Lee became the playmate i ad a crush on her.
I saw one of the original Critter creatures at a museum in Seattle a few years ago. My wife had no idea what it was.
Scott grimes is also Steve Smith on American dad
I had that pleather ET doll. That exact one. That's why I remember this movie.
Grimes, of course, also played Malarkey in Band of Brothers.
i love this movie... and you guys.
I just happened across this video, first time viewing your channel, and I absolutely loved this. :D Those movies really were so great/terrible.
Are you guys gonna review Critters Attack (2019)? I would love to see you guys tackle it since you're obviously fans like myself. Also, there's apparently a TV series on Shudder titled Critters: A New Binge which came out in early 2019 as well. Great video as well, thank you.
Scaredy Cats did a good review on youtube
I love the way Mike just throws out "He's the town blacksmith" as if he's accustomed to all towns having an assigned blacksmith in the year of our lord 2018 instead of back when he was a kid getting the Conestoga wagons ready to for another year's work on the homestead
I love Critters. It is a weird movie. I love the space bounty hunters. The intro of the critters breaking out of prison is super fun too.
Also Jay, Power of the Night is a classic.
I remember watching this movie, but I can't remember a single scene from the movie, but I loved the movie!
Bastion of Kuul Dude, did you, like, steal my Display Pic!? Anyways, I like Critters 2 better than Critters 1, might have just been that Blond with the Big Boobs though....
There can only be one! :) I kid...80's horror film boobs are always a +
Bastion of Kuul Guess you kinda Ripped off the Crow Eyes too.... No Big Deal!
re:View - like you're reviewing the movie and it's like the "re:" prefix meaning "regarding" like "regarding our viewing"
dude, I just got it and I've been subbed for years.
Given that this review came out before Critters Attack! I always do wonder if they'll ever ironically review that film.
Mike with his knowledge of metal core and hardcore bands from the 2000s is always fascinating for me for some reason. I keep waiting for him to bring up Tim Lambasis at some point for a zinger.
I think they shot some concert videos and music videos for some post-hardcore bands back in the mid-2000's. Like blessthefall and Scary kids scaring kids. There's also a Greeley estates poster in the background of the half in the bag set.
