- This is a really easy side dish that you can prepare ahead of time and doesnt take up any oven space. Cream cheese and and a can of cheese soup turn sliced potatoes into a rich side dish.

Next time you make them try some chives diced up ham and bacon crumbled up in them layered like you did the other stuff. It just adds a little extra flavor to the mix.

Can you tell me what happened to him please. I just found his channel today looking up Brunswick Stew. I'm heartbroken. I'm thinking he was a Carolina boy, just because some of his ingredients came from Ingles Market. My hometown was Asheville. This is so sad. He sounded young.

@@sherrystacyrn589 He was a very talented teacher, super cool and laid-back about everything and always took his time to make sure things sank in for everyone. I think he was in his late 40s maybe early 50s, but can't honestly remember
@@LeeroyJenkinsAKAYukki Do you know what his first name was and his location? I would like to look up his obituary. It always breaks my heart to find someone I really enjoy to learn from on UA-cam and find that they passed on. I can only imagine the loss felt by family and friends. ....thank you

I've played world of warcraft with him since I was 6 and now I'm 20, I just found out he passed away last night bc I noticed hes been offline for 2 months, even though I never met the man in person hes helped me a lot through life and he will be dearly missed here.
