Two years in the making this 5 part web-series tells the story of Tao Philippines which is fast becoming one of the leading adventure travel companies in Asia. Through a life-changing experience of "deep hanging out" in the remote Palawan Islands, filmmaker Simon Woods has created five "portraits" in which the locals reflect on the core ideas behind Tao. A few years back, the best video about Palawan I saw was from Matador Network. It is clear now that you Guys are the Economic Crusaders of the Calamianes Group of Islands, not the Pirates, that saved the pristine culture, and promoted ecotourism for the benefit of the local villages.
