Angela KM your link is to the big bite tool and not the eyelet tool you are supposed to be demo - you gave no instruction on how to choose the size or function - very weak video

A bunch of rude comments from lazy people. This was a great quick youtube video demonstrating what this tool can do. All of you complaining about the lack of depth probably shouldn't be watching a 2 min video and expecting an hour of info. Be grateful you were introduced to an awesome product and learn some manners.

You omitted the really important parts-how to figure out which settings on the base and top cubes correspond to the size eyelet you want to set. And how you need a magnifying glass to read the very tiny markings on the cubes.
You never told what size the bottom should be, what’s coordinating size?
My crocodile came locked. There are no instructions and I cannot get it unlocked, so I've never used it !!! Can you help me find instructions on how to unlock it ?

There was so much information left out of this video. What about the letters and numbers on the cubes. What about how to remove the cubes to replace them if needed. And about the depth adjustment for the hole punches? kind of a pathetic video for the maker of the product
This was no help at all! She's talking way too fast and not describing in full what she is doing. Worthless and the instructions with the tool are no help. I just may have to return mine.

Not worth the minute and a half you will waste on this.
So I try another one - and here we go again- I'm going to stop buying your products if I can't get demonstrations without this crappy music - So irritating when ppl use that annoying back ground music and you can barely hear what is being said - have respect for ppl with disabilities, elderly who have hearing problems, ppl with head injuries or ppl like me who just hat it!
