More people need to share their display setups. Thank you for the inspiration. I would like to see what your label and cataloging system looks like as well.
Thanks! For lable catalogs that is still in its R&D phase if you have any recommendations that you think would work for my setup let me know I am open to suggestions.
@@historylooker7 LOL Lucky for us Aidan is in a basement apartment. I think?🤔🤣 Things have been very painful Chad. I was wrong about the Epidural. It takes 2 weeks to work. IF it will work. I've been pretty wacked out the last few days. Reliving the 70's🤪🤣 but I'm alive. And I have some space on Aidan's shelves. Couldn't be prouder or happier right now. Many blessings to ya. By the way, How are YOU.🤔
Nice cases, Aiden looking good I just got a Early Christmas present from my wife a display case as well and have been tinkering around with different rocks and organization. So much fun enjoy buddy.
Very very very nice! I showed them to Amanda and she said that style case was the one she was thinking we would use in our upcoming Artifact room! I had planned on going with a burnt wood/pine look because the red velvet cases look good against it. I like how the white against your cases brings more light to the situation so that you can see everything better. If I had a suggestion I’d say that if the whole room was white it would look even cleaner kinda like museum quality. Now you have me unsure what to do in our artifact room😂 I guess I could do one of the walls in the burnt wood as an accent wall and white on the others. I know you said you were going to to do a video on the information on the cases but if you don’t mind me asking how much was it for one case?👍👍👍
Awesome glad to hear! I have a peridot in basalt specimen from BC and I have some schorl specimens and a small dravite specimen from Ontario. They will end in one of the case. Oh and I have one very crude peice of elbaite from a friend and it comes from a spot in Quebec.
Very good collection !
Thanks
Looks Great!
Thank you
Awesome displays and spectacular array of specimens.
Thank you, hopefully I will have them pretty much done by the end of Christmas break.

@@Ontario_Rockhound They are some killer cases. I love that shelf with your Smokey quartz from your site. The black just pops.

I got the cases from Ikea, I think they are like 120 or 130 CAD per case.
Though I will say the height of these cases was a bit to short for my liking so I got small modular cupboards that I used to elevate the cases.
Displays: well done! Are there either (1) peridot, or (2) tourmaline(s) sampled?
P.S. samples received! Will set up and email pics.

Have you tested how ‘hot’ radioactive your collection is?
Thanks, I do have some radioactives in my collection, and the hottest piece is around 2500 cpm. Euxenite if I remember correctly.
