- Hey guys! It's been too long! In today's video I am heading out to Jackson Falls (down here in Southern IL) doing some dispersed camping, cooking some tasty foods and exploring the area! This was an awesome spot. I'll definitely be going back! Hope you guys enjoy watching! See you soon! ❤️

Hi Andrew, I enjoy your videos, primarily since there is no drama and laidback. For whatever reasons, I really enjoy watching the cooking portions…probably because I enjoy cooking. The steaks and Mac n cheese looked delicious. I love and die for garlic and onions…love the flavor. I too love grilling. Great video and thanks for sharing 👍

I actually checked out Giant City as well as Ferne Clyffe state park in my last few videos, they were beautiful spots! I’m hoping to make it to Garden of the Gods, but I may have to come back through for that spot. Thanks for the recommendations! Appreciate you watching.

You are so right...I just returned from touring five caves in Kentucky and within minutes of being back at my office job my coworker raced me to the ER. Not a stroke but this season 4 of my van travels will be a season of trying to get my smile to work again. Enjoy every moment!

Yeo brutha. For ya Solar Panels on the roof. Just get a 6 pack to maken2 rows of 3, Spaced out. They have adhesive on the backs stick em to the roof and to the back of ya Panels. Then whenever ya put em up there, the velcro will interlock & protect them from Flying off... Then when Done, just peel it off the velcro stuck to the roof. It's velcro patches, so they'll run Flush mount to ya roof and the back of ya panels
Dude ! How in the world are you able to take one step from the ground up to your truck tailgate with stuff in your hands ?? That looks so easy for you but no way I could do that. Pretty stout young man no doubt. 👍👍
He's still a young buckaroo, but a foldaway step system should be in the works...
And can be hung on the driver side of that camper? (Since the diesel heater outlet is already on the passenger side wall)

Add into your video the temperature throughout your video, like when you first get going and maybe when in different locations. Thank you! This is my second trip down here, but last time I only went to Garden of the Gods. So it’s been awesome to see all the other spots down here! Harmony Trail is just right outside of Marion, IL! One of the few trails they have around this town.

Should run a couple of bungee cords over your solar panels to hold them down in the Wind. Also, don't those water refill stations have caps for your water bottles? If not maybe just bring a plastic bag or something and an elastic to throw over the spout so it's not leaking all over the place when you are carrying it around or moving it after filling
Probably too late, but the main waterfall is not far off the road...where the water runs over the road is where it feed from if I remember correctly.

Have you thought about setting up a semi permanent solar charge system, for those random cloudy days? You could charge while you drive, and be fully powered in a cloudy or shady spot..
I think about it all the time… 😂 Especially now that I’ve seen how nice solar power can be! I’m either going to install it on this build, or down the road do an updated build with everything I’ve kind of realized would make life easier on the road… like a sink, built in stove, solar etc. We’ll see what happens though!
