Love the space you carved out for coffee! Has a lot of personality and reminds me of Batman's cave with all its equipment :D I'm starting to become a big advocate of personal videos with minimal editing and think its a solid step towards sustainable content creation that I am also trying to implement more. Also, recording yourself is a great addition. Keep it up!

Thanks man, I appreciate you vote of confidence 😁. The production quality of your videos have been top notch, and really impressive. It would probably take me forever and still not be close to that level 😂. Dropping videos can be a lot of work, to the point I was feeling some demand avoidance. I think I'll have more luck with this new direction.

Can you do a video of the milk steamer you made?

Nice setup. Liked and subbed. You still enjoying the 9Barista? Was kicking around the idea of a Pavoni (for tinkering) or 9Barista (for a cool engineering piece), but also want to make high quality espresso.

I still use the 9B, as a matter of fact it's been my daily driver at home for the past couple of months. I would say though, that the Flair 58 is currently my favorite machine (and kind of an end-game). I keep it at work so that I can share espresso with co-workers. The workflow is great and there's minimal (or almost no) maintenance.
Still love the 9B and it remains the most consistent of all my espresso machines (Flair 58, Pro2, Picopresso, & 9B). As long as my puck prep and grind are good, I can pretty much guarantee the same results every time. It's not as versatile as the other machines though, and it's not ideal for back-to-back shots.
