Okay so i have my BQ License “Beer,wine & malt beverage”
I want to sell daiquiris but what malt liquor or wine can i use to make them? Because Ive had other people’s daiquiris and they’re strong , i bought malt liquor from “Toddy Blends” and they’re not strong . How can i go about that?
We get this a lot, the strength is going to be based on the type of permit you have. So if you have a Wine and Beer then the base alcohol would need to be Wine.
