    To survive the future, organisations need to replace the old, fear-based approaches of management that often result in high levels of disengagement and attrition, and instead embrace positive organisational science to optimise the performance of its workforce.
    Sarah Lewis is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist, and one of the principal Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry practitioners in the UK. She works with both commercial and not-for-profit organisations to achieve effective, sustainable, positive change.
    She is an Associated Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a Principal and Founder Member of the Association of Business Psychologists. The author of ‘Positive Psychology at Work’, and ‘Positive Psychology and Change’, she is also joint author of ‘Appreciative Inquiry for Change Management’. She is a regular national and international conference speaker on Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry and Change.

    Helping organizations transition from functioning to flourishing (Sarah Lewis). That's an enlightening perspective. Thank you TSPP for doing a marvellous job in SG. I intend (whilst taking baby steps) to understand more about POP and use POPIs to help individuals and organizations flourish too.
