Nice video, really enjoy the clear and fun way you explain what you're doing. Think those lights look great as well. Looking forward to whatever you get on to next.
Bravo Zulu... I like the disconnecting grill wiring idea. I am taking my grill off again to add some similar lighting, and wish I had my Raptor Style lights on a disconnect. Also, like the opening sequence with the grill as a grill.... lol.
I just finished buying these from Amazon, they sell them individually. I can't wait to install them, I'm planning to connect them to the parking lights. I think it will look sharp in a dark parking lot, push the unlock button and Boom, Bronco. Thanks for the tips on installation 😊
Do you think if you painted the front of those lights it would affect the lights? I want red letters but don't want them to look like red lights....laws and all
Hey there, Steven! Since they are backlit, I’m sure you could tape it off and paint it. However, if it were us, we’d do some vinyl! May be worth checking into. Thanks for watching!
How do you run them to a aux switch ? Also with the white matte color letters how does it look with the Oxford white debating on getting the letters color matched
I believe the Oracle lights install video has them wired to an six switch! Also, we don’t notice the white standing out since it’s on the grill against the black anyways.
Hey there, Nic! The letters were a gift, but we are thinking that perhaps a custom vinyl overlay would be best for a 1970 grill! It would look great. 🇺🇸
@@blancobroncoadventures those letter`s you have are larger than the early bronco one`s, i like the one`s you have and wish i could use them, i also like the one`s you put on that light up they look good when lite up
Hello, Matt! It depends on how they were wired in. We opted to wire them into the running lights, so they do stay on for a short period with the rest of the lights on the Bronco after it is turned off. We’ve seen most people wire them into AUX switches in which case they can be turned on/off as you wish. Hope that helps and thanks for tuning in!
I agree. All your videos are informative and entertaining. I was excited to get these backlit letters until I went on the oracle website... $40 per letter? seriously? thats $240 plus tax. Way too much for some plastic letters and a few taped on LEDs. Very disappointing.
Hello, David! Thank you for watching! Although these were spendy, we felt they were worth it to customize our Bronco. They have held up great against rocks, wind, snow, mud, ice and more. We do have a 10% off code on our website for Oracle Lighting at blancobroncoadventures.com. It seems almost all new Bronco parts are up there in price! Please don't hesitate to reach out if we can answer questions or help any further.
We did wire them into the headlight! Since these are LED headlights and the draw of the letters is minimal, we have not noticed any changes. We’ll test that out for you, though! So far, so good. Even though we wired them into the passenger headlight so they automatically turn on/off, another popular option is to wire them to an auxiliary switch. Hope that helps and thanks for tuning in!
Great video. It's too bad the lights don't stay on after you start the bronco and act like true driving lights would have been nice however they do turn on when the headlights turn on. It's a little things in life right.
Hello, Mike! You can definitely wire these to come on with the ignition or even hook them up to an auxiliary switch! This is just the route we went with. Thanks for tuning in!
Definitely did not need to take the lower piece out under the grill. If you are replacing it because it has holes that is fine but that is not necessary for the grill removal.

great job 👏
Thank you very much!
Great video.. YES on get off the coach.. the Bronco wants you in the seat 🚗💨
Thanks for tuning in!

Awesome! We definitely love our set. Thanks for tuning in!
Where did you get the wiring? I have the letters. I just can’t find a video on the wiring and how to set it up.
The wiring should have come with your Oracle lights. Let us know if you have install questions. Thanks for watching!

Where did you get the American flag letters for the grill? And will they fit on my 1970 grill? Thought about getting some if they will work on mine

Good evening, I currently had these installed, do the lights stay on for a few minutes after the car is turned off?

I would put the American flag over lays so that it creates backlighting

Did this drain the headlights faster?
Not sure what you’re asking, but we’d be happy to answer your questions.
@@blancobroncoadventures you wired it into the headlight didn’t you? If so does it burn the lights out faster?

Yes, you’re right. We replaced it because it had holes in it from the dealer! Thanks for tuning in!
Did I miss something? $42 per letter? 😳
I got ford letters had them for about 3 months got to get them put on thanks might run mine the same way
You've probably heard this before but you sound like bubbles from trailer park boys, sometimes.
Some dude who can't spell bronco
It’s a hard word to spell. 🤙
