I’m a student at the University of Kansas studying political science and international relationships. Your channel is an inspiration and the goal is to be a diplomat. Thank you so much for sharing this.
I applied/registered today to ASU for online classes for International Relations (BA) and a minor in Economics. If I do well in school I will then apply for the Rangel Graduate Fellowship Program and if I am accepted I will have a chance at getting a Master's Degree and also a foot in the door for internship and to become a Foreign Service Officer (Diplomat). Thank you for your informative videos it has inspired me.
I love your channel so much -- it is a breath of fresh air. I graduated from William and Mary in 2021 with a degree in International Relations. I had some family emergencies and haven't been able to build on my experiences. Your channel has motivated me to continue down this path. What would you recommend me to do as a viable next step in working a similar role. I don't know what my true passions are, but I want to start. Thank you so much for any help you can offer.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment! And congratulations on your graduation, that is a huge deal!! For what to do next, I touch upon it in this video here : ua-cam.com/video/HS0pMi2TscI/v-deo.htmlsi=C-xgpWo5vMDIgFKt
Thank you so much for this information!! I applied for the Foreign Service Internship, unfortunately I wasn’t selected this go round. May you give tips or advice on how to build a great application or resume?
There’s a ton of resources and courses online. Some universities may even have courses for free! I would chose a part of international relations that you’re interested in and just start researching and reading there
