Among the three versions that I have watched, this version is definitely the best. It's because it's unique in its own way and the way which it was sung was better. Also, the spanish and english version are too much alike, from the way they entered, to whom they gave the coke, and the way it ended.

Out of all the countries that did this coke commercial, the Philippines did it the best. They not only pushed their message, but also showed us the ambiance and day to day lives of the people of the country. The jeepneys, the horse carriage, the vendors, the loud sound of the metro, everytime I watch this it just feels like home.

That is a GREAT commercial. Hits the heart. I don't know why Coke has gone away from this approach in their ad campaigns. Seriously, they could run a version of that commercial in the States and it would be very successful.

I don't know why, but by watching this commercial again it makes me feel like crying. I love to go back to the philippines, to my homeland, to the place where I grew up and met my love ones. Philippine is not a rich country, but it is a country of love, care, hope and true happiness. And those things are the things that I can't find here in other country. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! we made this tv commercial back in late 2004. nikki wasn't the first choice for this ad. she got called the night before the shooting day because the girl that was supposed to do this was replaced (i am not at liberty to say why). nikki took the job and had to wake up really early the next day to record the song.

This morning, i saw a video on TikTok and made me both smile and in tears because of this. i miss her songs, i miss my childhood days.
